We really enjoyed our 4 nights at Hotel Perrakis. This is a family run hotel and the owners Phillip and Rena were extremely welcoming and provided lots of advice on visiting the beautiful island of Andros. The accommodations were perfect with each room having a balcony overlooking the sea. Delicious breakfast was included each morning! Can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here for 4 nights and my family and I are already planning on returning next summer. Incredible hospitality- owners went out of their way to accommodate us, make sure we were all having a great time and even made lists for us with recommendations on where to go on the island.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful providing anything we requested. The only downside was that we were here early in the season so the pool and the restaurant were closed. Timing is everything. :)

nice hotel

Very nice property but rooms need a bit of updating.

The property was located opposite one of the best beaches in Andros and a 10 min drive away from Batsi. My young family enjoyed using the hotel pool. Will be back.

Lovely quiet hotel, stunning views. The perfect location if youre looking to get away from everything! The local town is only a 5 min drive away if you want a bit more liveliness. Cannot fault a single thing! Thank you for a perfect holiday!!!

Not a real double bed

Excellent property in fantastic condition. Incredible location just off the beach. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to expore Andros.

There were several services stated on Hotels.com that were not available such as Breakfast, restaurant or the free area shuttle, which was disappointing as we had not planned to take cabs everywhere.

We have visited the hotel a couple of times. Nice view from the rooms. Room was not as presented in the photos. It was not well cleaned when we arrived, especially the toilet. The balcony is connected to the adjacent rooms (without divider) and the balcony door was left wide open by the cleaner every day (regardless the fact that we had valuable possessions evident). Reception staff and management was not helpful compared to the rest. Due to COVID-19, the buffet (breakfast) was replaced by set menu and any addition was charged unjustifiably (e.g. 8 euro for yogurt).

Breakfast buffet was awesome. The staff at buffet was very pleasant and helpful. The sea view was great. Very clean room and toilet. The check-in/out procedure was very nice, without any issues or delays, we also checked-in an hour earlier(thank you). The blond-girl at the reception seemed a little bored at her post for all 3 days, maybe cause of the season finale, but-ok- thats work! Imagine working 30yrs straight for retirement without having season-off, only 22 days vacation :). The beds were always grinding no matter weight.Some issues with internal sound insulation, toilets, hallway and other rooms were sound crystal clear. Some work on the doors should be done for that.

Great location, air conditioners don't work well

This is a lovely boutique hotel with great facilities. The views from the rooms, restaurant and bar over the coast are brilliant. Food is also very good, especially the breakfast. Only slight concern was the service at times and getting any information on things like the bus service. That said though, a great hotel if you want to chill.

Great spot on the beach with beautiful views, nice service, and pretty good comfort. Would be nice if they mixed up the breakfast options so it wasn't the same every day.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! We went to this island for some peace and quiet after touring Europe. It was exactly what we wanted. The staff was excellent! Special kudos to Harry, my beach bartender Dmitri and restaurant staff. So good! Perfect place to unwind!
