The check in was slow.
Had cockroaches in room and was relocated to the worst room on the facilities level so very noisy. Was told this was the only room available and was an inferior room to the one I paid for.

Room was not available when I checked in around 2:30pm.
There were cockroaches on the balcony so I assume were inside as well although did not see any inside.

Everything was great. Location, rooms, cleanliness, amenities. However 2 downfalls: 1. The apartments are not services daily! Not even fixing the beds.
2. We had to pay for parking within the hotel during our day.
Other than that everything else was excellent.

Staff very helpful and accomodating. Very happy to have access to the facilities after we checked out and waited for a late flight.

Really impressive! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with every amenity that you could wish to have. The pool, gym, steam and sauna were all a nice addition. The hotel was close to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. A real gem. Well worth a stay!

The soap bottles were mixed up. I.e., 2 hand soap bottles instead of 1 hand wash and lotion. 2 shampoos instead of 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner.

No cleaning of the room, the reception desk didn’t have anyone there outside of small hours, had to ask 3 times for more towel (couldn’t even ask reception as there was no one there).
A bit expensive for what you get
