The grounds were beautifully maintained

We had a 1 bedroom standard apartment not realising that it was not renovated like the superior apartments which was not on offer to us. One piece of furniture was filthy and stained, bed linen was torn. Outdoor furniture was so weather damaged, and wooden dividing wall outside between units was rotting. Paint work and damage to plaster work was dreadful. Wifi was virtually non existent at times. Pool area was lovely and resort in a very good position. For $330 per night is a disgrace. Out door tile area mouldy.

I would give this 5 stars for location and proximity to the beach, restaurants and more but the few things that didn't work well for me were the lack of internet throughout the property so I had to work from the lobby which wasn't always open. I also felt like there was a lack overall. They have the opportunity to greet guests with coffee in the lobby but don't. The restaurant at the property isn't considered part of the hotel so when trying to order wine and go to my room, I couldn't because they were separate. I just felt like they were missing the mark. The gates getting around are a pain, no help with luggage, no internet, meh. I'd stay here again but no good wifi was a deal killer for me.

We had two rooms booked. Very spacious, full kitchen, nicely appointed balconies. Walk to everything. Clean comfortable size pool, with lots of loungers. Would recommend.

Palm Cove is a great location and the hotel was across a fairly quiet road from the main beach, near to a number of very good restaurants / cafes to suit all pockets. The hotel was very clean and the room a good size with good amenities. The furnishings were a little tired but this did not detract from the overall comfort of the space. Internet reception on Wi-Fi is very slow due to Palm Cove’s location. Overall I would recommend the hotel for a stay.

Very difficult getting luggage up awkward stairs for our room. Pay to book ground level. We were unlucky as had a view of a roof, carports and then a stormwater drain out the back. Other rooms looking over the pool looked awesome😳

Wonderful accommodation, extremely clean & comfortable with a lovely view in a great location.

Would have liked more toilet paper, when asked we I only got 1 when we really needed 2

Another fabulous stay! We can’t wait for our next holiday stay at the Mantra Amphora, our favourite place to stay and relax when we visit Cairns and Palm Cove.

Unit was on the 3rd level, but NO LIFT. Had to drag bags up fairly steep stairs. Other than ground floor not for anybody with mobility issues.

The room was clean. It was convenient for visiting the beach area of Palm cove.

The location and the room, although small for my father-in-law, seemed spacious enough to me.

Close to everything and the view from beachfront apartments is amazing. Sunrise every morning. Rachael at reception was outstanding. Very accommodating. Have stayed before and will definitely stay again, love the place.

Good location to the beach from the property. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and had all the comforts. There was a problem with the tv in the loung not working for two days Took a while to sort out by ourselves and it had terrible sound quality. Also Wifi was terrible but the rest of the resort was lovely

We love this resort and have visited before. For travelling in May, the downside is the pool water is a bit on the cold side as there's not quite enough heat to warm it up except in the shallow parts. The same with the spa, it's still lovely but not quite at the temp you'd most like on cloudy days. It's still a beautiful warm spot to lounge in the sun and relax under the palms though! Great location, beautiful resort.

This a fantastic hotel located along the esplanade. Rooms are a little dated but very spacious. Free parking onsite with access to a number of restaurants. Rooms are not serviced daily which wasn’t an issue for us. Would highly recommend.
