We got a different room than we had requested and were told it was an ‘upgrade’. It wasn’t. No privacy and noisy as it was next to the pool so we couldn’t open the curtains as there seemed to be always people just outside our window.. It was also noisy due to some constant noise coming through either the ceiling or adjacent wall. Bathroom was not up to five star standards at all. The breakfast and dining room staff in attendance were very good. So was the staff at the front desk. Room service was also very good. Sunil in attendance deserves a lot of credit for his efficiency.

Friendly and humble staff, enjoyed every moment of our stay. We even extended our stay twice. Bakri masala roti was delicious with yoghurt thanks to the chef , amenities were well provided Cleanliness super Overall our stay was wonderful and will be looking forward in the near future. Great hotel for the price

Yes, my only complaint is room cleaning staff came in our room when we were not present twice, although I instructed them not to.

The staff is amazing. Also the breakfast is very delicious and the ambience is very appealing. The wait staff knows exactly what you like and next day you will get the right coffee, bread etc without asking. Also, kudos to the pastry chef!! They also have live Indian classical music that sets you up in the right mood. The rooms could have a bit of upgrades but not an area of concern.

This is one of the best stays we had, very honest staff and the service is at a different level. This is a gem in Pune in such an amazing spot.

Have been staying in this hotel for last 5 years and always had a good experience. Everything is first rate starting from staff behavior, service, breakfast. Location is perfect too.

The view was amazing and the food was really good!

Very wonderful place to stay. I was visiting Pune of the first time and I needed a car service pickup and they were very accommodating to my every need. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Will be staying again in the future!
