Close to everything, cleanliness was meh. There was hair in the shower which grossed us out, attention to details in stuff is important.

Breakfast we great staff was awesome,very expensive for supper there,however was worth it. Rooms were clean,however not flush in towels or toilet paper,no fans in bathroom,tub was extremely slippery,possibl y due to shower gel? Parking lot had screws and nails around,also blood spots on sidewalk ,like possibly someone bleeding form a fight possibly.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean, very good breakfast. Will stay again. 24hr tea and coffee also very nice.

Everything was great. Pool was awesome for thr kids and had the pool to themselves. Good hotel for the price. Breakfast was good as well. Train tracks close by. Not a major issue, but just an FYI

Quiet, clean room, ease of access

This is a quiet, clean, and nice and close to the casino which is a 5 min walk across the street. Check-in and out was fast. Would stay again.

I was disappointed that my room was not ready when I arrived at 3 pm for check in. I think check in time should be 3 pm at the latest as I had a meeting at 4 to prepare for.

Everything was good! I didnt have time to enjoy the breakfast or pool but both looked ver good!

Pet Owners take note: This hotel charges $75 pet fee! A pet resort would be more economical. They're kid welcoming, not so much pet welcoming.

Overall the experience was lovely. Staff were accommodating on our large family gathering on the foyer. Rooms and area are clean. Only complaint would be queen and king size pillows for the king bed.

Check In was the worst I have ever had. I had to give her all my information that is normally on file when I book on line. She asked if I would be okay with a Accessible Room? I said no ,she put us in one anyway so I had to call and get her to give us another room. She then had us take everything out of that room then go get another key for the new room Only to find out it was right across from the room we had. Very frustrating.

Good hotel quite and close to amenities

The breakfast items were very fresh and well presented. I especially liked the back bacon and the omelettes that were nice and hot. The bed was very comfortable and the room had any amenity that we needed.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of selection and items were all fresh.
