Staff was helpful !

This is the second visit that we have had to the hotel to stay for a festival. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel has lovely comfortable rooms. Good location for proximity to the town, nearby bars and restaurants, nature reserve and park.

Though the facility is currently under renovation the potential is absolutely visible and I didn't feel disturbed at all. Staff is wonderful & breakfast is superb

Mycket trevlig och service minded personal. God frukost, bra läge nära stationen och centrum Fina lokaler, stora rum men väldigt lyhört och galet knakande golv. Avlopp i handfat och dusch var ofräscha och ostädade

I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was great, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was amazing, but there was mold in the shower.

Beautiful hotel, but not for motorbikes

Very welcoming and caring staff, nice hotel, very well located. We had a twin room quite old, a bit disappointing compared to the overall standard of the hotel.

A lovely hotel in the middle of Kristianstad opposite the amazing park. Our room was spacious and very comfortable with toiletries (a rarity in hotels these days) and a heated towel rail in the bathroom. Breakfast is included at the weekend and it’s got everything from eggs, bacon, Swedish meatballs to cheese/cold meats to healthy options such as chia pudding/overnight oats and nuts and seeds. But the best thing is the staff, especially the delightful Sarah on the front desk who helped us so much. We had been marooned with a broken down car over the 3-day midsummer holiday and she helped us rebook our onward journey and suggested things to do in the area.

Perfekt läge. Men ljuskänsligt en lördagskväll. Väldigt fin lobby och hotellbyggnad i helhet. Fina gemensamma ytor, bar och lounge. Middag ingick vilket var ett oväntat plus! Trevlig personal rakt igenom, Mycket fin inredning på rummet som var ljust och rymligt. Stor säng. Badrummet var rent men borde renoveras för att matcha resten av rummet och hotellet. Det var slitet och hade gammal plastmatta etc. Såg mer ut som ett vanlig simpelt hotellrum. Så synd på i övrigt top-notch ställe.

Personalen är fantastisk! Vill särskilt lyfta Martin, otroligt hjälpsam, vänlig och serviceminded. Hotellet ligger bra till i Kristianstad. Fräscht och modernt med äldre detaljer bevarade. Frukosten mycket bra!

Härligt hotel, fantastisk personal. Badrummet kan behöva en uppdatering men i övrigt toppen på alla sätt. Hit kommer vi gärna igen

Kvavt och varmt inne på rummet, fläkten dom hade ställt dit hjälpte lite. Utbud på mat och frukost var inte det största men det fanns något för alla och var gott!
