Liked that u have everything u need especially a washing machine and dryer. And a good sized fridge.

Parking was good for wheelchair cars. But limited parking

Communication with hotel was good, on arrival had my car park clearly labelled so was super easy to find. Check in staff were excellent, friendly and explained everything we needed to know. Location was good, room was great including fridge and laundry. Only downsides for me was the comfort of that specific bed, mattress had 2 different sides and neither really comfortable for myself (one too bouncy and the other too firm). WiFi was a little spotty while I worked as well. Good value for money.

Excellent bed, but the windows were heavily tinted which made it look dull and drab. The curtains hang badly. Several people , including me, had difficulty with the "keys" and access instructions when desk not manned were not clear. The double doors made access with bags very awkward.

Easy check in with great service, made everything smooth and simple. And even gave us tips of where to go and made conversation about the concert we were going to see. Room was completely clean and bigger than we thought it was going to be, shower water pressure was very good. Unlimited wifi which was fairly quick. Room service was also great. Overall I highly recommend staying here and would also recommend getting the parking for $10 a night as it definitely made life a whole lot easier.

Quiet and convenient accomodation in Henderson . We will stay again .

We were originally put into a studio although we booked a one bedroom apartment. It was quickly and efficiently resolved.

Area was convenient for our plans. Parts of the room shows wear and tear but was clean and well equipped. Downside was that the room wasn’t sound proof. We can hear car doors and people talking on the street in the evening. One time we heard luggage trolley in the middle of the night. Otherwise stay went as expected.
