Kind of a hidden gem away from the crowd, hotel Eden is a nice place that cares for guests in many ways. The staff is particularly friendly and welcoming. There is a private gated parking lot which also provides a charging point for electric cars. Mind you some of the family rooms have a loft bedroom that requires walking a helix staircase and are not accessible for guests with limited mobility: make sure to ask when booking. Excellent stay and good breakfast.

Good location, private parking space. Breakfast was good. Unfortunately too many problems occured in our stay and we shall ask for compensation. First - we booked 3 rooms and when we arrived we were told there were only 2 rooms left in the hotel. Unprofessional management of the situation. The staff offered to accomodate 6 people in one room ! We had to book an travel to another hotel in the middle of the night and pay significantly more per night. Second _ wifi network was not working at all . Other guests complained too. Family room - AC did not work properly The rooms need renovation.

Excellent meals and dining room clean and bright, room comfortable and clean, pleasant staff. Highly recommend however one thing I noticed is that the balcony of my room (214) was commutable with room next door on the left which was a bit scary. Also, towels were a liliac colour. I believe white is more appropriate for a hotel.

We traveled to spend my daughter s birthday in Gardaland and this Hotel was the closest we could find since it is the peak season, but let me tell you , if I have fo do it again I wouldn’t bother to look for a different hotel … everything was so good : , hotel room, breakfast, tidiness,…. very helpful and kind staff. Just 25 mins to the south of the Lake anyway… highly recommended…

Located in a nice, quiet area. Our room was clean and tidy, with a nice balcony. Parking is in a private area with plenty of spaces. Breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and nice. Would return!
