Took advantage of a mistaken reservation done by my son at eight pm their local time. they were contacted twenty minutes later and decided they would not refund the money they did not earn. i write this so you can decide wether you want to do business with a hotel that will take advantage and take your money without any service if they could.

The rooms are very small and separate from the main building, the breakfast is regular .

Really scenic location with spacious rooms. The pullout couch is not quite big enough for 2 adults though. Great service, although we were surprised not to be able to get a drink at the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel because of the free parking. There are lots of parking spaces around the hotel. There is a free ferry at various times to the city area or you need to drive in.

Very affordable, extremely friendly staff and just a great location. All round brilliant hotel.

This property was absolutely amazing. The staff were eager to help at all times, the property was immaculate at all times, and the rooms were beautifully modern. I could not rate this property higher. The staff also allowed us to store our luggage post checkout until we were ready to leave for our flight.

It was amazing the view the staff the room but it was further away then i thought it was going to be but that was on me i would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location with convenient free boar cruising to downtown every hour and a half during warm season. Food in hotel restaurant a bit pricy. Hotel staff not experienced with international hospitality level. Overall good deal for a buck!

Staff friendly and informative. Free parking but must register or will get a ticket. Short distance walk to city along riverfront. Laundry services available. Would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent stay at Dockyard Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room nice and comfortable. Even the gluten-free bread tasted good at breakfast. Exactly what we needed for our Bruce Springsteen concert visit. Gothenburg showed itself at it best for my partner’s first visit to Sweden. We are glad we decided to stay a bit outside the town centre.

When we checked in we were told our room was in another building, and this worried us. We had to go back outside to their annex, but these rooms were AMAZING! Bathroom is on the entry level, four steps up is a living room with a couch and coffee table and tv, upstairs is a bedroom loft. The views were lovely. It felt wonderful to have so much room in Europe! Air conditioning would be such a help, but I know this isn't common in Europe. Breakfast was also quite a spread! The only issue we ran into was that the deadbolt lock on our door wasn't working, but we still felt safe as entry to the building was only for guests of that specific building. The dockyard area was very very quiet, and it was fun to watch the ferries and ships go by. It was a bit of a drive back to places to eat (there is a restaurant on premises but I'm picky and didn't like the offering), but parking at the hotel was FREE when you provide your license plate. We would definitely return.

Great place to stay while in Goteborg, beautiful water views, close enough to the city and to spar vagnen, also great breakfast and informal dinner/bar.

Stayed for 2 night in the family size room. Recommend to get that size for even for two people. Split level room. The rooms are bit small and bathroom is tiny but it’s doable. Free parking and free breakfast was a plus. Not many restaurants in the area. It’s about 15 min driving to the city. View of the harbor it nice and peaceful. I would rent a car to stay in the area.

It is right at the dock. We looked out onto a research ship. We ate dinner on the patio overlooking the harbor. Our room was simple but spacious. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Small bathroom. Staff unhelpful regarding their mistake in not giving us room with two beds .Made no effort to offer alternatives the next day. Free parking a bonus. 15 mins walk to tram stop. Walk into city an hour mainly by river. Hotel has free shuttle boat which good but sailing times limited

Great value for money. Smart room. Location a bit remote but very nice.

Hotel and view ware nice, but there is no security for car park. Someone open the car and stolen some stuff inside, include car documents. Hotel staff help to call to police, but according to the staff there is no security cams around the hotel. There was no telefone in the room and 3 lights were not working. During the check out the hotel, I was payed for one extra bed, but according to my reserve it was for 2 adults and one 10 years old kid. The extra bed was one sofa-bed that ahead in the room and it was not comfortable even for a kid.
