Very comfortable, well equipped apartment. Excellent views of Dockland harbour. Convenient tram transport at door. Suited our needs perfectly. Easy check in & friendly helpful reception.

Nice view of harbour and good location. Everything you needed.

Overall a good experience. Except water leaking from bathroom into bedroom floor with lots of mould and an unpleasant smell. Apartment next door had a dog that barked like crazy when they were not there at night. Drove me mad. Microwave did not work but was replaced. The view of Docklands is fantastic and the view of New Year’s Eve fireworks was fantastic

The Ron as modern and comfortable and served the purpose of a 2 night stay in Melbourne . The staff were friendly and informative and accomodating .

Our 3rd stay at the accommodation. Apartment is a little small, but just for the wife and myself it was fine. Has kitchen and we were able to make our own breakfast and occasional dinner. Location is perfect. Walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Trams and transport right outside the front door. Having a reception makes check in so much easier. Small, but suited our needs.

Despite spraying three of the five nights ahd mosquito's. And yes I did keep the window shut

Excellent location, easy to navigate. However terrible strong odour throughout room at night. Was a hot humid and wet night. Upon returning to our room on Saturday night a strong distinct stench which resembled hydroponic set up was throughout the room, entering via vents / unsure where or how. We needed to sleep with doors wide open and air conditioner on high to eliminate odour.

The property was perfect for me. It was small but very cozy and within walking distance from the conference I attended. I would use it again.

The overall experience at the apartment is great. However, the reception closes too early and it's a bit convenience for customers.

Very clean apartment with everything you need. Good customer service. The exhausting fan over cooktop did not work, however, it didn’t not make a difference since I did not have to fry anything for cooking.

I like the convince of transport, close to dine and close to the City

Wasnt v clean. Shower bay leaked through the shower door so the toilet floor was wet by Day 1.

Very affordable apartments close to everything you need for a holiday in Melbourne with free tram stop out front and a plethora of shops/cafes etc..only a short walk away

we were pleasantly surprised with the apartment and although small it was good value for money for Melbourne. The place was clean, neat, tidy and the bed was comfortable. Big plusses were - plenty of food options straight across the road at Docklands Pier, tram right outside the main door, secure parking, easy check-in, great staff The only real issue i had was with the bathroom. The apartment is level floor but there was quite a large step up into the bathroom which was easy to forget about and accidentally trip off the step when leaving the bathrom. Also when opened the vanity cabinet door obstructs part of the bathroom doorway. Overall though the apartments are a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again
