I had a lovely stay at the hotel over the weekend Staff are friendly and accommodating My first morning I had to leave before breakfast so was given breakfast to go which was appreciated Cooked breakfast the following morning was great I used the leisure facilities which were fantastic after a busy couple of days The hotel room was well appointed and comfortable Would be happy to return

We stayed in this hotel for just one night on our way back from the Highlands of Scotland. I wish we had booked for longer. A beautiful building, parking on site, a large warm room and very cheerful staff. The breakfast was brilliant with table service for a cooked breakfast, which was presented with care and cooked to perfection. We are going to return at a later date for a longer stay and to use the facilities!

Clean comfortable and spacious room, impeccable service from staff, exceptional food at very reasonable price. Pool recently refurbished to a high standard and likewise changing areas sauna and steam room. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

My sister and I enjoyed our one night stay. We needed a little recuperation and this did the trick. The staff work very hard. We had dinner and it was delicious 😋.

Parking was good. Did not have breakfast. Room was clean but no air con so was very hot and humid. Staff were good.

My only criticism is the fact that they don’t provide shampoo/shower gel. Also the soap was just a small block in a box

We booked late & stayed 3 nights. We had the last room it was small but very adequate with kettle & various drinks & biscuits replenished each day. Bathroom product very basic just a bar of special soap. The staff were all lovely & very helpful. The breakfasts were amazing. All freshly cooked I have never had so much smoked salmon with my scrambled eggs. It's an old hotel but i gather have a new wing. Sadly we didn't make use of the indoor pool but hopefully will when we return.

The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable, if you required any extra items from housekeeping they were very obliging. Breakfast was plentiful, cereals, fruit, toast, fresh pastries. A good selection of freshly cooked breakfasts, have it how you like it, servers were very friendly and cheerful, Helen the manager knew our drinks preferences, after the first morning and was very helpful. The bar staff were pleasant and cheerful, Chloe was very nice, chatting to us during the quiet times. A pool and jacuzzi, as well as a sauna and steam room, are free to use from 6am -9pm, towels included, very clean and well maintained. Plenty of on site free parking. Although refurbishments are currently on going to the hotel, none of it interfered with our stay or effected our experience.

I stay here on business a few times a year and always found it brilliant and relaxing with the staff always attentive and pleasant,

Pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna available all day, included in the price. Breakfast great. Room nice. Staff friendly.

It was a good stay, but lighting in room was a bit dull. The hotel had issues with tv in the rooms not working.

Exceptionally clean could have done with another chair in the room water temperature for shower was temperamental and carpets looked tired but an ok stay.

Other room doors were very noisy when closing so bit of noise disturbance, couldn’t get the shower in morning to run hot and lights in car par illuminated the room at night, food excellent although not much info on what was GF etc staff were excellent.

Nice room. Clean. Friendly staff. Lovely food.

Lots of building work going on but no noise while we were there. Excellent meals and breakfast and great friendly staff. Will return.
