The day I went in it was raining so it was hard to catch a taxi, but the receptionist enthusiastically found a taxi for me and everyone here is very friendly. The room is also very nice.

Location is just nice. Taxi always in front of lobby, easy to go anywhere. Staffs are also very very nice and responsive. Just the bathroom still use bathtub, prefer shower room than bathtub. Will be back to Somerset if we go to Hanoi again.
