Had a nice 19th floor balcony view. Room 1905. But the balcony floor and windows did require cleaning (they are all privately owned). Comfortable 2 bed appartment, did not have a TV in the main bedroom (bracket on the wall). Very clean ensuite with bath. Kitchen well presented, had a pod coffee machine. Will stay again but a couple of touched were missed.

There was nowhere to put our suitcases. Perhaps one or two purpose built low shelves in the wardrobe areas would help. Many hotels have these and they are robust enough to cope with suitcases and their wheels. There was plenty of (perhaps too much) storage space in those areas so a suitcase shelf would fit in easily.

Very outdated furnishings and kitchen and bathrooms, rattling window shutters on balcony, balcony chats all rusted so couldn’t use them without marking clothes and lots of little maintenance issues throughout the apartment. Overpriced for what it is. Really paying for the location

Great view to beach, easy walking distance to shops etc Room itself was not 100% clean, sheets had stains, dust & fluff next to bed. Balcony was very dirty & dusty. Floors in bathrooms not clean

Staff were great maintenance man Brendan was fabulous, lady behind front desk with dark hair on our arrival was lovely, and throughout the duration of our stay, however there was a blond lady that was quiet unfriendly, affirmative and put a damper on our special occasion with family, and because of her we won’t be returning.

IT IS EXPENSIVE & WE HAVE STAYED HERE BEFORE HAPPILY. THE CARPET WAS RIPPLED. THE BALCONY DOOR WAS HARD TO CLOSE. THE CARPET NEAR THE LIFTS WAS HELD TOGETHER BY STICKY TAPE. THE APARTMENT SEEMED TIRED.
