I've stayed here several times and always want to return. The hotel's pleasant ambiance, and the rooms with stunning city views provide incredible comfort. However, the room service experience was less than pleasant. When I asked for the food order to be included in the room bill, I found I had to pay an additional deposit on top of the room deposit, which was a real hassle. The food is also overpriced, with fried rice costing around 200,000 Rupiah. Breakfast is varied but lacking in flavor. Honest review...

Booked 1 night for staycation purpose. It was a very good experience. The room is spacious and clean. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious with many options. The only small inconvenient moment was at midnight when the electricity dropped for around 5 minutes. Not sure about the reason. Aside from that, everything's excellent.

A very comfortable hotel, the atmosphere is like staying at home, the location is in the city center and the price is relatively cheap.

It feels so homey. Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. It felt awkward when I was about to enter the car through the lobby when someone opened the door and greeted me warmly from the security guard. The breakfast menu is complete, ranging from Western, Japanese, to local. Sweet potatoes, eggs, and steamed corn are also available. The most popular menu is fried Indomie (made by request). It feels like a coffee shop. The atmosphere of eating outdoors is also unique.
