The hotel location is very far from the nearest train station; you need to walk around 10-15 minutes. However, the location is surrounded by a lot of convenience stores. The neighborhood is also not too favorable, surrounded by several bars. Sometimes several unknown persons stand on the side of the road to the hotel and made me slightly uncomfortable, especially during nighttime. The hotel cleanliness was good, but housekeeping only did necessary cleaning every day; not the whole room was cleaned. The hotel is also equipped with a washing machine that eases us to wash and dry our clothes. The hotel facilities are very limited. The breakfast was simple; however, the hotel provided free coffee and chocolate all day long. The room is very, very small, typically like most hotels in Japan.

The toiletries are from Refa 🫶🏻, there's also a washing machine in the room that can be used. Will stay here again if I go to JP.

I didn't regret booking this hotel because of the free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby. There's a microwave and washing machine in the room. The location is also great in Ikebukuro, close to the station. I'll definitely be back!

Just 2 minutes from Metro Station, quiet location, easy check in and check out, I am pleased to stay in Tokyu Stay Ikebukuro Hotel.

Very strategic location near metro station, lots of shops nearby. Very clean, nice, and helpful staff. Great stay here, definitely will be back when I visit Tokyo next time!

Disadvantage - The most important thing is to stay 10 nights, cleaning the room once. The front said that it's the hotel policy - the school is very near to the station. But have to exit Exit C6 which has to walk in the station quite far - the hotel location is in the mundane area Quite scary - some people in front of the service are not good. Pros - near the exit C6 has an escalator. - Nearby are the eel rice shop, delicious + very fragrant rice - near 7-11

I choose this hotel because the next day will go to kawagoe. direct train to kawagoe is from ikebukuro station. must go to correct exit from station, which not every exit have elevator. I send luggages to this hotel before I arrived, they receive it and already brings to my room when I check in.

The check in and check out was smooth, the hotel is very close to the train station evit C6. The breakfast was okay. The room is enough for two, but if you bring big size baggage, you almost can not open it.

Fitting room, not too cramped. there was a washing machine and microwave. can be funny toiletries for my child. metro station near the hotel or JR kinda little street.
