shower turned the room 28 degrees with no ventilation and no ac. they brought us a fan but the fan stopped working after an hour. restaurant was amazing.

Fabulous stay - the Mill gets better every time!

Staff were wonderful Dani last night at the Muse was very knowledgeable friendly we had the perfect seating and the restaurant was not busy so we had a quiet dinner with many unique flavours and presentation on food was amazing ! The girl at the front who checked us in was friendly and accommodating felt very welcome

We did not use the amenities so cannot comment. The Heron room is lovely

From the first moment if check-in through afternoon welcome cocktsils, a late sitting for supper at Heron and the outstanding breakfast at Muse, every staff member to a person understood the value of going beyond simply doing one's job proficiently to mastery of the holistic arts of hospitality. We could not have been made to feel more welcome or comfortable. A perfect weekend getaway after a difficult Winter. We are already looking forward to our next visit in june.

The room was clean, the Mill is beautiful and quaint. The staff are all gems!! And the food is exquisite as well as the drinks! I highly recommend.

Pool not open, bathtub non functionning, very limited parking sports and rude staff.

Information online about the spa is misleading. Upon arrival staff struggled to provide accurate information and signage was not helpful which meant I was late for my massage appointment despite arriving 15 min early. My 60 min massage was therefore much shorter. The paths to the hot tub are not adequately maintained in the winter and the tiny sauna was not well heated. It was also full of gravel tracked in by previous guests. Not at all what I expect from a Holtz Spa.

Needed a quiet escape from home to get away from the winter blues. Just what the doc ordered. Beautiful ambiance, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and impeccable dining. Definitely not my last visit!

Great staff, spacious room, magnificent view

Cozy, snowy wonderland, felt like a cabin in the woods. Enjoyed the comfy lounge in front of fire and the outdoor fire with Adirondack chairs. Next time will enjoy the hot tub and sauna and the dining options.

Room was spotless, staff were very nice, view was beautiful. My problem is with Expedia. On Dec. 16, I paid you $435.40 for my reservation. When I left the Mill on Dec. 26 the Mill gave me a statement showing the cost was only 351.31. Please explain and reimburse the difference.
