Very rundown. Looks like it has never had any maintenance work. Dirty. Lazy staff. Very dissatisfied as it is a good location and has great potential to be a nice place.

i wish the byke had better trained and more attentive staff.. the condition of most rooms are deplorable and most of the air conditioners and mini fridge in the rooms don't work.. one of my friends mobed 3 rooms in 4 days!

Did not stay here in the end as the rooms were nothing like the photographs seen when booked, the place was not to our liking. Booked out 30 mins after we checked in.

The Byke is very run down I'm afraid . The buildings need thousands spending on them to bring them up to scratch - they are damp and in a very poor state of disrepair. However the staff are wonderful, the gardens phenomenal, and the hotel couldn't be in a better location. The restaurant, recreational areas, pool very good. The problem is the poor condition of the rooms.

The property is run down and absolutely crappy. Found a coach roach in the breakfast. Breakfast is veg. The staff are pretty non-service trained and speak Hindi only. I found a couple of guest complaining about the maintenance and upkeep of the rooms. Really not worth the price. The security are rude and don’t care about the paying guest.

I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are happy with extremely cheap. Room is full of mosquitos and room was not fully clean - lots of dust everywhere. Service was poor - it took 3 calls before anything would be done/if at all. Pool water was extremely cloudy too. Unless you literally want a cheap bed, I would recommend staying elsewhere

This is a basic hotel resort similar to many timeshare resorts in Spain The staff were helpful The breakfast was included Food from various countries so you should be able to find something for your taste The room I had included basic air conditioning and a TV

After reading lots of very bad reviews I thought we would try it for a couple of nights, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean , the television worked, it had a kettle and tea and coffee, the bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed our breakfast. The hotel is two minutes walk to the beach .mainly Russian visitors there .

Good hotel, close to the beach and a couple of minutes drive from Cavelossim town.

The rooms are ill maintained

Rooms were outdated, linnen and towels were old and stained. The gym that is mentioned on their website has been closed for months and will be closed for the coming months. Breakfast is only vegetarian, not including eggs, so was limited for me. Location is good, pool is nice but closes really early (6 I believe).

Bad rooms, unfriendly manager, food quality worst. Price per room was very high.

Frequent power cuts, shabby rooms, slow service

Location of Hotel is good but maintenance, cleaning and staff behavior is very bad, service is very poor, reception staff is not responsible, no WiFi in rooms.

I have been travelling to Goa for last 10 years and this the worst hotel and sevice I have come across. Firstly when we tried checking in they told us room was not ready so could we go have lunch and come back. When we returned after 2.5 Hrs the room was still not ready. Then they offered to show us another room , I checked out the room but when we returned back to Reception they said the room was given to someone and we should take original room as it was ready . After all this drama we checked into our room. I decided to take a bath 2 mins into my bath and the water stops ... after trying all the knobs I somehow managed ro get the soap off with the towel and came out and called reception. They promised to send someone within 5 mins but no one turned up after waiting i again called and was given the same message. Finally after half n hour the water was restored. Then finally when I got thru the bath, I realised the drain was not working properly and i hv water all over the bathroom. Next day the breakfast was a sad affair . Watery tea / coffee, oily puri with moong sabzi / Upma which looked as if someone and cooked it with Gallon of water. But I must say checking out was a breeze , they were very prompt in collecting the payment. Over all a bad experience.

Booked out and stayed elsewhere after first few days. Sheets and towels dirty. Toilet disgusting.Pool murky. Breakfast was horrendous. Only good thing was the staff. Very polite and helpful.
