Amazing doesn’t begin to describe our experience here at the Belvedere. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay peaceful and enjoyable. Clean quiet suite, amazing breakfast and pool service, front of the house staff courteous and welcoming. Shuttle service efficient. The hidden little library was adorable, with books and games- we enjoyed playing backgammon by the lake! By far, one of the best places we have stayed in the world.

Went for a special occasion. Did not disappoint. Pretty much outstanding from start to finish. Start with the property - location - quiet, looks over the lake, 5 minute stroll into bellagio. The hotel and grounds are extremely well maintained. The spa was immaculately clean. Room was refreshed twice a day. That’s right - they came with more towels and water in the afternoon as well as the AM full refresh. The gardens, pool area and the infinity jacuzzi pool are beautiful. Staff and service - all staff were very well trained. For example the young girl working on the pool bar knew everything about the wines from the pool bar list. She chilled the glass with ice before serving a taste… little details clearly matter to them. They all wanted to talk and ask how are stay was going and if there was anything they could do for us. Food and drink - unreal. Had the tasting menu at Albori with wine flight. Sommelier has a thousand different bottles in the cellar. Service again was worthy of any 2/3 star restaurant. Cannot wait to return. Felt so sad to be leaving!

GORGEOUS! This place is a dream!

Incredible views of the lake! Located a little further from the hustle and bustle of the town which provided us the tranquil, peaceful environment we prefer. But still close enough that we could just walk nearby to enjoy the shops, restaurants and people watching when we're in the mood. The whole property is clean and meticulously maintained. The staff were some of the nicest, most welcoming and helpful I've ever encountered. We stayed in the Tower Suite, highly recommend for its incredible views alone but everything was great. Suite was clean, bed was comfortable, recently renovated with a modern aesthetic. Amenities we enjoyed: free shuttle to and from the ferry (great if you have a lot of luggage), delicious free breakfast daily, and spa access with steam, sauna, ice and salt rooms (highly relaxing). Would stay here again without question!

The hotel is an exercise in excellence. We were escorted from the bus stop with a golf cart that also took our luggage. The hotel and amenities are spotless and well-appointed. We enjoyed the spa as well, as the weather was uncooperative. The included breakfast had everything anyone could need and was quite tasty.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Should be at the price we paid. Great amenities. Pool area n hot tub gorgeous. One thing I didn’t like was room service food. It was ok we did it twice n twice we barely ate the food. Rooms were impeccable and beautiful views from our balcony terrace. Staff very nice and helpful.

Wonderful stay. The food, facilities, room, spa and most of all the staff were exceptional. We will be back!

Great place and very nice

Gorgeous property, location, amenities, hospitality and food! Only wish is if hotel had a bar to sit at. The hotel has a full bar and a library to sit where they serve drinks, but cannot sit at the bar. Overall, cannot wait to return someday. The view was picture perfect and the service was top notch.

Where do I begin? We've visited quite a few locations around the world and have been fortunate enough to stay in several very nice hotels, but nothing compares to the Hotel Belvedere in Bellagio! The entire facility is amazing...everything is updated, the spa is quite incredible (steam room, sauna, ice room, Himalayan salt room, and more), the rooms are beautiful, the view of Lake Como is second to none, and the complimentary breakfast is out of this world...and all within a short walk to downtown Bellagio. But what really makes Hotel Belvedere unique and awesome is the staff...never have I experienced a group of genuine, friendly, helpful, and generous professionals like that of Hotel Belvedere. So much so that I have to give a shout out to several: Huge thanks to the restaurant and pool team - Damiano, Claire, Tomas, Greta, and Alessio; the bar - Alex and Mustafa (Alex, you are so incredibly kind!); and the front desk and concierge - Manuela and Felipo. I could go on raving about the Hotel Belvedere, but I think you get the point...the absolute BEST hotel ever, and we will treasure the memories of our nine-day visit with you (and greatly look forward to the next one)!

5 stars is not enough for this wonderful hotel. The staff top level in service and helpfulness and politeness.

This hotel was simply beautiful and modern with the best service staff and delectable breakfast brunch. Whatever we needed the staff was there to help us with whether it was temperature or transport or reservations. They welcomed us home with open arms and always were so kind and courteous to us. I would HIGHLY recommend you stay here -5 minute walk into town and nice to be away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to access when you want. The shuttle was awesome too when you don’t feel like walking. Bellagio was also the best town in which to stay and town was very vibrant . We loved hotel Belvedere and hope you do too!!!
