Had a nice stay.

The property is beautifully designed with well kept gardens and tasteful furniture. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Buffet breakfast is excellent and reasonably priced. We were there a week and would certainly stay there again.

Breakfast buffet (extra charge) was exceptional.

The hotel was fabulous it had a courtesy coach as well which was awesome and the pool was fab

Very helpful staff here, delicious breakfast perfect coffee. Extremely clean rooms with guest treats the spa area was very nice although a little more attention could be put to the hot tea and area in the spa. We are going to stay here again at the end of our holiday. Very pleased with it.

Great breakfast

The hotel is nice. However, be aware that it is very far from the old town and Bari center. I booked this hotel because it was advertised to have an airport shuttle. Be aware! The shuttle does not take you at any time, Only 4 times per day. So kind of useless. The same for the shuttle that goes to downtown. It does not really go to the old town but to the train station (21 min walk). And then only at 19:30 and 22:30. So, you have to use a taxi to go in town and the taxi was 17 euros. Other than that, the hotel was nice, the room was clean and quiet.

Amazing stay very nice hotel

Starting from the check-in, everything was superb. The front desk staff truly went above and beyond to help me with my tours. Each day at the spa was fabulous, and the bar service was spectacular. Everything was absolutely stellar, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone I come in contact with.

We had a fabulous experience overall! The rooms were super clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff and servers in the restaurant were outstanding—friendly, professional, ready to help, and go the extra mile. The breakfast bar was amazing, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. As a bonus, the free shuttle to and from the airport made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended!

It is not the first time I choose this hotel and it is my preferred one based on location and suitability.

Breakfast superior

El hotel es excelente, pero hay que tener en cuenta que está lejos del Centro Histórico, hay que ir en carro y es fácil parquear, ir en bus es muy dispendioso, no lo recomiendo. Hay buenos restaurantes cerca del hotel, en especial los de las hamburguesas nos atendieron super bien y está deli. La atención en el hotel es excelente y las Niñas hablan en español, el desayuno estuvo muy variado y nos brindaron adicionalmente huevos fritos. La habitación muy amplia, lo no tan bueno es que tiene tina, la puerta era pequeña y se salía el agua por todos lados, hace falta que cambien eso y pongan duchas, que ojalá sean con puerta completas y así eviten que se riegue el agua en el baño. Sugiero que pongan una máquina de hielo, es muy incómodo tenerlo que ir a pedirlo al bar todos los días.
