Very confortable bed! The staff is very corteous and professional! The first impression could tell that we hit the nail! Marcos was very gracious and attentive !

Room Water bottle for R$ 13, is that necessary? Also tennis court without a cohesive and fair booking system, where even people outside the hotel can play makes it hard to use and do not prioritize the guest.

O café da manhã foi o ponto alto da minha estadia no Bavária. Staff atencioso, resolveram um problema que tive com a fechadura do quarto. O hotel precisa de pequenos reparos, mas nada que tivesse tornado minha experiência menos satisfatória. É certamente um lugar que recomendaria aos meus amigos.

Great remodeled room. Big bed:)) Pool area was very enjoyable. Heated pool is 80+ degrees F in winter. Very nice.

A very nice property with a upscale spa feeling. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was VERY nice. Staff was very friendly and service oriented even though we had a bit of a language barrier. They were very kind to us. The only thing that drove us crazy was the lights in the room would turn on during the night when it sensed any movement. The bed was very comfortable. The room quiet for sleeping. The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. We used Uber at times as well with no issues. Great stay! Highly recommend!!

Great hotel for a stay with kids! They loved all the games and sports options they had, didn’t even want to leave the premises! The staff was super nice, location is excellent!

Excelente, entrou no top dos hotéis que já ficamos em Gramado e região. Bonito, ótimo atendimento, muitas comodidades e atividades no hotel. O jardim é lindo, localização calma. O café da manhã é completo e saboroso, com certeza retornaremos. Super recomendado.

Hotel muito bom, muito receptivo, café da manhã uma delícia, funcionários sempre muito receptivos, tem sempre um chá diferente na recepção e área de lazer bem completa. A única coisa que não gostei tanto foi a piscina que achei fria, não sei se era porque o tempo estava muito frio na semana que fui. Super voltaria.
