Comments previously forwarded about check-in and parking. Concerned about manual taking of credit card details (apparently electronics out of order). Will know who to report to police if my account is scammed due to my details being forwarded on to others. Found food from previous occupants in freezer.

My third stay at Ambassador. Room was good, place was quiet even though relatively busy. On this occasion both the meals and the service was excellent at the Restraurant - Seasons. I will be back! Thank you

2nd time back in a week Great room and quiet Will return again Only Amal; criticism, not to detract from my stay was the restaurant main meal…..the crumbed topping was overcooked and therefore the chicken was quite hard and I left most of it untouched…..first time I have been disappointed in the restaurant having dined there some 6 times previously.
