Great location in Binz with short walks to everything you need, esp. the beach right outside of the hotel. The breakfast and bbq buffet was outstanding. The rooms are a bit dated by now. Very small toiletries, esp. for stays for more than 1 day.

the Hotel is located in a great spot. The location is quiet and easy to access. Unfortunately, the Hotel does not comply with international rating/Star system. It shows 5 Stars, but the 5 Stars relate to the German DEHOGA system and not to the International Star rating system. Rooms have no air condition; bathrooms are poorly equipped with only very basic and cheap toiletry products. The shower system was of low quality including the shower curtain. The matrass in our room were old and spent and produced back pain. The door handles, flooring, etc. showed wear and tear. Many of the working staff are foreigners with very limited German language skills (Asian and East European). The restaurant menu is very limited and not up to the proclaimed Hotel evaluation stars. This Hotel needs urgently a full restauration and improvement what the general standard is concerned.

This hotel was very clean, even in the pet friendly room we stayed in. The breakfast was quite good. It is within walking distance of the touristy restaurant/shopping strip.

The hotel is located in a very nice area just at the main promenade but in a more quiet part of it. The view and the surroundings are amazing with direct access to the beach. Parking is very convenient in the garage below the hotel. Staff was welcoming and friendly, with one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve seen. The atmosphere of the hotel is a 5 star luxury resort and clearly the staff dies a great effort to fulfill this. However there are some minor things that I could point out: - garage could be a bit more brighter - the stone road leading to the hotel must be the first road on the island as it was really really bumpy. The hotel is displaying to have hosted many german celebrities however mostly from the early 2000’s - you can definately see that the build material quality is high , but rather from that era. All in all - would recommend this place to anyone who would like to go on a nice retreat

This was our first trip to the Baltic, and we loved it. Binz is a beautiful little beach town with nice sandy beaches and wonderful restaurants and Boardwalk. The hotel and spa are top notch. Great indoor pool, specially for kids. Didn't use the spa but the facilities were very impressive. Breakfast was outstanding. Wish we had stayed longer. We will next time.

Opholdt var perfekt. Værelset med stor solrig terrasse med udsigt til hav. Velkomst med et glas bobler mens vi blev tjekket ind, fint anrettet på fad med blomst og lys. Personale hele vejen rundt smilende. Morgenmad varieret med små forskelle hver dag. På morsdag fik alle kvinder en rose da man gik til morgenmad. Parkering ubeklageligt. Alt i alt fremragende ophold.

Virkelig et skønt hotel med direkte adgang til stranden. Wellness-afdelingen indeholder pool, forskellige saunaer, frisk frugt og vand. Værelserne på hotellet er rigtig fine- vi havde udsigt udover vandet. Personalet er super søde og hjælpsomme. Vi havde halvpension og både morgenbuffet og aftensmad (4 retters menu) er lækkert og vellavet. Baren på hotellet er hyggelig med et godt udvalg af drikkevarer. Alt er i gåafstand fra hotellet. Vi kommer meget gerne igen.

Es war ein exzellenter Urlaub in einem tollen Hotel, dass keine Wünsche offen ist! Von uns volle Punktzahl, was Ambiente, Personal und Angebot entspricht. Ein makelloses Frühstück Buffet erwartet die Gäste. Respekt!

Schon der Empfang war super freundlich und gleich ein Glas Sekt zum Einstieg, was will man mehr. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, vor allem der begehbare Kleiderschrank. Tolles Frühstück, nettes freundliches Personal, so schön kann eine Auszeit sein.

Eine Kurtaxe für jeden Tag, statt je Nacht ist in Binz einfach ne Frechheit. Ankunft 21 h / Abfahrt 09 h = 2x 3,40€. PS: ja das Hotel kann da nix für.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Betten sehr gut. Das Frühstück fast perfekt. Die 5 Sterne, naja. Die waren zum Zeitpunkt der Eröffnung vor über 20 Jahren vielleicht gerechtfertigt. Heute nicht mehr. Die Dusche war sehr klein und einen Duschvorhang hatten wir seit Jahren in keinem Hotel mehr. Die Türzargen im Bad gingen auseinander bzw. quollen auf. Und sonntags gab es keinen Zimmerservice. Auf einem Blatt im Zimmer stand etwas umständlich, dass es sonntags keinen Bleibeservice gibt. Reinigung hätte man ordern müssen. Für ein 5 Sterne Haus nicht akzeptabel.

Deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, Möbel in den Zimmern leider defekt.

Eine sehr gute Lage, Blick aufs Meer, freundliches Personal, Essen zwar vielfältig aber verbesserungsbedürftig (Geschmack und Würze (bitte nicht überwürzen!) Möbel und Zustand der Zimmer: in die Jahre gekommen
