Rooms and amenities were ok although they look a lot better in pictures. Had a terrible experience with con·cierge. Extremely unreliable reservation experience. Last minute cancellation, cab arriving 45 mins late. Totally untrustworthy. Will not come back to this property.

The hotel was lovely. The staff were all excellent. The breakfast every morning was great and very convenient. They had coffee, tea and water available around the clock in the lobby which was a great convenience. The hotel is located in a wonderful part of town. The rooms are large and have lots of amenities. I would recommend the hotel to families.

Great place to stay at with excellent breakfast. The 2 bedroom suite that we had was well appointed. Although we had some plumbing issue on our first night, it was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional service. The only thing was the TV—there were only 2 channels in English. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Staff extremely helpful especially daniel. Great breakfast. Super clean room n comfy. Great location. Got in late n check in was poor....young gal booked us in occucied room. She was not very helpful or courteous on arrival.

Everything was very nice. The excesive charge to use the laundry facilities (25 dollars) left a bad taste in my mouth...Besides that great stay. Lots of noise from construction happening next door as well
