This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. I don't think it is a 4-star establishment yet I loved staying there and the majority of the stuff were quite accompdating. Especially Ramzi is an amazing receptionist, he was very helpful during check -in and check-out. Among the house keeping Razmiye (sp?) was a delightful person. The pool is pretty small, but the location is perfect overall amidst TIERGARTEN and close to everything and everywhere. Highly recommended. I would consider staying again during my next visit

The property was in a great location for walking to restaurants, many of the historic sites and the transportation lines. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and sauna area was wonderful. The front desk people were very helpful in suggesting places to eat and routes to take for sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.

Clean and nice hotel. I stay here every time I am in Berlin but same issues for many years, very incompetent reception most except for one guy and the shower almost always retains a pool of water because of the way the floor is build. Other than that, great experience.

The room was good. However, my two requests that I had sent to have two separate beds had not been taken into consideration.

Great price room with flights for Berlin City Break. Hotel was spotless with welcoming staff, esp the lovely bartender! Super location near the Zoo. The bus 200 gets you where you need to be.

Ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen. Bei einem Deluxe Zimmer erwarte ich schon etwas anderes. Stinkendes Zimmer. Hier scheint über die Lüftung ein sehr penetranter Duft über die Klimaanlage abgegeben zu werden und das konstant. Kein Bademantel bei einem Delxue Zimmer inkusive. Ranzige Dusche. Das Waschbecken unterm Waschtisch total am schimmeln.

From arrival to departure the staff were excellent. The room itself was clean and nicely laid out and the overall feeling of the hotel was one of calmness and comfort. Great breakfasts too.
