Clean and quiet.

Hotel exceeded expectations. Room has clean, adequately sized, and fairly quiet, except when the train went by at 2 am. Breakfast was fresh with a variety of options, and the gym was decently equipped.

Friendly staff.

Loved the adult swim time from 10 to midnight! Large selection for breakfast..my only critique was that they don't brown their breakfast sausage/patties. They were an unappetizing shade of grey, but can't speak to their flavour. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the washroom was extremely spacious. Perfect location for my needs!

I appreciated the opportunity to stay at your hotel, but unfortunately my experience fell short of my expectations due to several issues. To begin with, my room faced the railway behind the hotel. The frequent train noise throughout both the day and night was quite disruptive and made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I was surprised this wasn’t mentioned when I checked in. The most disappointing part of my stay involved extending my reservation. Before leaving home, I called to add an extra night to my booking and was assured the change had been made. I also visited the front desk the day before my original checkout date to confirm the extension, and again was told everything was in order. However, when I returned to the hotel that evening, my room key no longer worked because my reservation had not actually been updated. At the front desk, I was then informed there was no record of the additional night. To make matters worse, the computer system was experiencing issues and I was asked to insert my credit card three separate times. I was also charged another deposit even though I had already provided one at check-in. Staff eventually acknowledged the system error. While the staff were polite throughout the process, the overall experience was frustrating and inconvenient. I did not feel the level of service matched what I expected. I hope this feedback is helpful, as these are issues that could be improved for future guests.

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Pool was enjoyed by both younger & older children. Great hotel overall!

Refused us service after paying for a night

Checkin was efficient with fresh cookie options and bottled water. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast had a ton of options but there are a lot of guests so be gracious and prepare accordingly. Pool was sufficient but again can get busy with the amount of people- Although pool towels always were Available. Convenient location with free parking a plus. It was close to zoo & downtown waterfront. Loved that they had regular, decaf and cold brew coffee along with tea and flavored water always available in lobby. Also a water bottle refill station. I would definitely recommend and return it in the area again!

Clean organized calm

Good breakfast layout. I was late for breakfast and asked for a banana but was told breakfast is done.

Breakfast was good. When we checked in the room really smell bad like a sweat of a man or like a feet , it’s gross. I even ask for a room spray at the recep and gave a one. He told me to spray it on the carpet. I was trying to find where is the smell coming from. Also the curtain really smell bad. The room does not smell fresh at all. The next day I had to ask again for a spray. I think I will never be back at this hotel again.
