Easy checkin/out. Great swimming pool. Easy access to beautiful sandy beach. Amazing ocean view from room to enjoy sunrise/sunset. Overall great place to stay.

This place is so family friendly The pool is a beach entry and it has a rail for the lederly and a slide for the young and young at heart. I used to take my kids there for about 10 yrs and now i take my grandkids. It is great

The grounds were beautiful. The pool was amazing. Reception were so lovely. The apartment was comfortable & homely. The beds were comfortable. The direct beach access was awesome. The views were unbeatable. Thank you Royal Palms.

Fantastic views right on beach, great swimming pool. Close to children's playground and not far from supermarket and cafe's.

Good older style apartments ( opened 1984). Apartment had been refurbished - vg. Great views, pool & walking distance to beach (2 min) & shops/ pub/ surf club (5 min) Underground Car park not the best. Road works on both major highway increase transit time (x2) to Surfer and points north. Hope finished when you visit.

The apartment was not up to a standard to the price charged. The apartment was privately owned and managed by Royal Palms Resort.

The apartment had not been refurbished like other apartments and therefore was not presentable for the cost

The views from our apartment were amazing. The grounds and pool were also amazing. The pool temperature was perfect . The location is also great with easy walk to Coles and surrounding areas. We stayed for 9 nights and the weather was very hot so next time we book , we would ensure that the unit that we stay in had either ceiling fans or A/C. Our unit only had pedestal fans which normally might have been ok but due to the heat, our unit was sometimes very hot. We requested a high floor apartment and the staff at Royal Palm were very accomodating, the views were amazing. We also booked the apartment at a very reasonable price so all in all, we had a great stay and look forward to visiting again.

Amazing views , absolute beachfront, great location to cafes , surf clubs, supermarkets. The apartment I was in needed a good clean especially the bathroom.

The room stank and the kitchen a including cutlery and dishes were dirty. The staff is Desinteresses and really could care less. There was no tea / coffee or anything in the apartment. Avoid this place if can

We loved the pool - temperature was perfect. Also the proximity to the beach. We weren't impressed with the walk upstairs from carpark to lifts from carpark A. Nor the walk downsteps afterwards from the pool. Otherwise unit was beautiful. Will definiely consider returning.

We did not enjoy our stay here. Booked a “deluxe” two bedroom apartment and it was anything but deluxe. Room extremely old which doesn’t make for an enjoyable stay. Carpet foul, unit smelt musty. No ceiling fans. Broken ceiling light. Despite being advertised as ocean front, you can barely see the ocean. Very deceiving listing. Even though some reviews are good and while there may be some renovated rooms, it’s honestly not worth the gamble. If you get an old room the stay is unpleasant at best. Considering what these units book for per week it’s mind boggling that the owners don’t update the furniture to make the stay more enjoyable. Very greedy. While we were there the gate to the beach wasn’t working so we had to use the highway to access the beach. I can see why their bookings are non-refundable as as soon as people do a little digging they would want to cancel. Don’t waste your money. Many nicer places to stay with the same great location.

We loved our stay at the Royal Palm in a huge 2bed 2bath room on level 13, with AC & carpark space. We could move from beach to pool and waking up to that view was fabulous (tho the black-out curtains couldn’t keep all the morning sun out unfortunately). It seemed a bit old with slow internet but is kept nice & clean. Such a lovely relaxing location & wish we lived closer to stay more often!

People in charge are complete arseholes
