We made a reservation, but unfortunately the car broke down on our way there. We call to explain the situation and they were so kind, friendly and comprehensive. There were no penalty, even when hotel politics says that cancellation must be made two days before arrival. We are very grateful, and sure we'll go there as soon as we could. I booked a room in January for a business trip in April. Upon arrival with my voucher and booking number, there was no room available. The hotel is clearly overbooking! Avoid at all costs. The receptionist was incredibly rude, acting as if I were responsible. She offered me only one room... which was under renovation! A guest who was waiting for me was trying to find a solution, realizing how little the hotel employee cared!

For one night, a stopover, it's fine, but no more. The rooms are cramped. Excellent location amidst several shops, including a bakery that makes amazing pastries, sandwiches, and sweet treats. There's no elevator, so carrying suitcases to the next floor is inconvenient.

Excellent welcome; request a quiet room and you'll get one (essential for those sensitive to noise, as the hotel is located in a commercial area). Breakfast and dinner were very good, very reasonable for the price. The gym, billiards, and bar are very convenient and friendly. Good value for money. The hotel is a bit dated in appearance, but the service and bedding are excellent.

Not at all up to 3-star standards. We were given a ground-floor room right in front of the hotel entrance, and it was impossible to open the patio door without everyone seeing us in the middle of summer! The cleaning lady or the receptionist was yelling at our door at 8:30 in the morning! Forget about sleeping in. Truly disappointed, never again!
