Did not like kids running up and down hallways. Dance or cheer teams were there! Parents let them run!! Lights were a problem in my room. Bath was horrible lighting.

Everything was great. The breakfast was also very nice and there were many options.

Room was great, very spacious and clean. Bathrooms were clean. Bed was comfortable.

Cost effective but dirty and room is has broken things randomly here & there.

The front desk staff was AMAZING! We were there for a volleyball tournament. We had to leave the hotel before the breakfast was due to be ready. The front desk asked the cooks if they could have it done a little early so our girls could eat and be fueled for a very long day of games. They made it happen! Everyone was so friendly. We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in town!

Had a double bed suite, and it was perfect. Had separate rooms for toilet and shower and was great when everyone had to get ready to go out. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Within walking distance to restaurants, a mall and the Ohio Stadium. Will definitely return.

Booked online an accessible double bed and roll in shower. Received a king with trundle. Had to request additional linens for trundle . Room was not ready and had to wait a hour on top of not getting the correct room. Trundle was dirty! Will not stay here again.

My overall experience was good. I was staying for a medical appointment the next morning and the hotel was five minutes away from the medical center. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon our late arrival. After driving three hours to get there, I was glad to see that my room was pretty much as pictured, it was very clean, the shower was very nice with plenty of hot water and the room was spacious. They had a very nice breakfast that was ready as promised at 6:30 a.m. and there was plenty of room to sit. My only complaint would be that it smelled a bit musty and the mattrice felt a bit old and unfortable.

Check in was 3 pm. We arrived at 4:15 pm. Our room. Still wasn't ready for until 4:38pm. Also, the pool was closed and we weren't notified of that either.
