Room was extremely comfortable and staff were spectacular. They went above and beyond in service.

Hotel was nice, staff was pleasant and location was great and walkable. My only complaint is that they only have one restaurant and it happens to be a Michelin star. It’s great to have a high end restaurant on premises but the lack of choice forces you to spend $300 in a dinner for two. They should have either another eating facility like a coffee shop for quick food or a more expansive menu in the only restaurant to include non-Michelin items.

The staff was friendly and accommodating The facilities were extremely comfortable. The pool area was fantastic. They definitely exceeded our expectations.

Property is well maintained but definitely dated. People come for the Restaurant and food. The town is charming. The views of the mountains are lovely.

Nestled in the hills and mountains, this was a lovely stay with a dear friend.

I went to this hotel to get my first "relaix chateau" experience, and I have to say I'm completely satisfied about how it went. This is an eccentric hotel, with a different antique and sophisticated decoration, and in the middle of a quiet little town near Munich. We were greeted by a friendly staff, very well treated, offered an Upgrade and obtain A class service during the whole stay. Room was perfect (albeit with a little smoke smell) but the general appereance was perfect.

Everyone should experience in life staying at and eating in a fine place like this. This was the second time we experienced this superior establishment.

Wir fahren seit über 20 Jahren in die Residenz und sind immer wieder begeistert - es gibt keine bessere Küche für uns. Das Haus ist die angenehm, die Atmpsähre geniessen wir, die Terrasse ist einfach ein Traum.
