Great location, the hotel room furniture is starting to look tired.

The hotel is a little bit old , the staff was great

We liked the location, the rooms were clean, staff was very helpful. Liked that the extra bed was already set up once we arrived. The things we did not like were that no shampoo or conditioner were provided, not enough towels, no small hand towels. The bathroom floor and tub are slippery, very slippery. The shower head was leaky. The beds need comforters. The room needs an ironing board and iron.

I liked the rooms. I did not like the small dining room and pool and the lack of experience of the reception staff

The shower knots was very hard to turn on and off and it was broken in the room that we were staying. Also, it was very hard to turn the TV on and off other than that we had a lovely stay.

Very nice room but dark bathroom. Food was very mixed. Dinner was tasteless - all items available in buffet. Breakfast was better.

We loved it here. We stayed for a week it was so nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had tons of options. They have a pool it was a bit cold but I also enjoyed relaxing on the pool deck after going in the sauna. It's a short walk to the beach so nice.

Horrible hotel. I tracked a lot in my life but it’s the first time I had bed bugs. Stay away. Book at Santa Marta instead. The reception senior staff very rude.

Welcomed by a bug crawling across our bed as well as a flooded bathroom. My father had filthy towels and a used plaster on the bathroom floor. Waited ages for anyone to come and serve at the bar. Done customers even walked away due to not being served.

Second stay here and will come back again. Close to the beach and great pool area. Everywhere well maintained and clean. Great room and good service.

Nice location and facilities but not much friendly the entrance of the hotel.

The hotel has s full board option and thid was a great deal and the food was good. Price was very fair and rooms were cleaned daily. We had a very good stay.
