Hotel is quite old but clean and comfortable. Room service was good but food ok. Reason for rating is because pool was closed. We booked this hotel specifically to have pool for our kid, and was a big disappointment it was closed for maintenance

The location is very convenient for walking. I was caught by surprise when they told me that they would charge me extra to have my friend come up to my room if the visit lasted longer than 15 minutes. Also, they were going to charge me extra to use their bottle opener since i was not drinking the wine provided by the property. The breakfast was excellent.

Toda a equipe do hotel estão de parabéns pelo qualidade do atendimento , pelas dependências do hotel . Para fechar com chave de outro o parking podia ser gratuito . Mas mesmo assim vale muito se hospedar no hotel .

Minha esposa ficou hospedada no hotel com suas crianças , só ouvi elogios de todos , desde do pessoa da recepção , alimentação , áreas do hotel , piscina e também da sauna . Estão de parabéns por trazer qualidade , segurança e um ótimo serviço de atendimento .

It is in a great downtown location, but the hotel is a little dated. The room was large and quiet, except for the sound of a door slamming of a neighboring unit. The door are thin and as a result the noise comes through it, but the unit was very large.
