Staff our very helpful and polite, and excellent clean room and service

One of the nicest European hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff was pleasant and helpful. From housekeeping (Maria Concetto) to the front desk (Dario), to the bar/restaurant staff. The hotel had an elegant atmosphere. The room size was large, quiet and the balcony was an added amenity. We also utilized the parking and beach towel service for convenience. We hope to return again!!

We loved our stay here. It was close to everything. Clean. Big bathroom. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. And the complimentary parking was a massive plus! Would definitely recommend.

Room a good size and very clean along with all of hotel, lovely staff who were so helpful. Great location too just a 5 minute walk to the old town and 2 minutes to a sandy beach. Little roof terrace with jacuzzi with lots of little seating areas. Good variety of continental breakfast. I would stay here again.

We were having a little trouble navigating the bus and train and the front desk person help us figure out our schedule and actually printed bus and train schedules for us.

This was a clean and comfortable hotel, only five minutes away from the Solemar Academy (language school), the train station and the beach. There was a well-stocked supermarket about three minutes away and it was a pleasant ten-minute walk into the historic town centre. A decent breakfast was provided and although the bar was closed when I arrived, it subsequently opened (late April). There was a good selection of places to sit outside including a solarium (terrace with jacuzzi) at the top. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and the hotel was immaculate. I thought my stay was very good value and would definitely return to this hotel.
