The bed wasn’t as comfortable and the double bed pushed together was not comfortable because you feel the big gap between the mattress and the room was warm and you couldn’t adjust the temperature to desired temperature of comfort

Hotel was in a very good area on the seafront on Southern outskirts of Livorno. The hotel was very clean and staff brilliant. There were small selection bars and restaurants close by and centre of town about mile and a half walk along lovely seafront. Breakfast was very good.

Spacious room, great water pressure, pleasant staff.

Staff were friendly enough. The room for us was right by reception, so it go noisey with people coming through the door. We each had one pillow and it was the thinnest pillow I have ever been given to use, so needless to say I didn’t have a great sleepy night.

We only stayed 1 night but if ever we returned to Liverno we would definitely stay at Hotel Navy.

Our room in the main building was excellent. The staff was efficient and very helpful in locating city attractions, getting train schedules, arranging for a taxi, etc. Breakfast was especially nice. For our last night we unexpectedly needed to stay an extra day, and asked if that would be possible on the spur of the moment. The manager graciously said yes, but we had to move to an annex section ("Navy piccolo"), accommodations were not as nice as the room in the main part, although it was hardly their fault we ended up there. All in all, a very good experience.

Very knowledgeable, friendly, expert hotel staff, Chiara checked us in with the utmost professionalism, great explanation of the surrounding area, buses, etc...She made our stay enjoyable. Night staff, gentlemen also extremely professional with great guidance as to where to eat, restaurants, etc...Overall great staff, great hotel.

Very convenient location, friendly staff, simple but very nice breakfast and espresso included, and the woman kept it open late for us without our even having to ask.

Nice hotel, friendly helpful personel. Good bed, room cramped but cosy. Great coffee and breakfast service.

Una piccolo hotel di charme in una palazzina storica sul lungomare di Livorno. Camera bella e spaziosa, non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ma penso che, servita nella veranda posteriore sarebbe stata piacevole!

Hotel carino ma con alcune cose da migliorare. Non mi è piaciuto il letto. Una tenda per coprire le scale di servizio sarebbe una bella cosa visto che la location ha un certo stile.
