Brilliant place in a great location and breakfast was superb making stay excellent value……only bit of feedback is how warm the bedrooms were upstairs…..very difficult I appreciate at this moment but heat was stifling.

When we arrived the room wasn’t what we thought we had booked - a triple bed family room, but they were concerned and helpful and found another room which was better for us. The place was peaceful and relatively basic ditto the breakfast, and very good position. It was very hot so good to sit in the shady garden with a stunning view over the fields to Corfe Castle one way and Swanage the other.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast very good. The place has a lovely shaded garden, with views over to Corfe Castle, and to the sea and the Isle of Wight.

Absolutely brilliant staff! Thank you. Very clean, beautiful location and during the heatwave, the buildings were cool! Just noise from the nearby road disturbed the tranquillity at times.

Hotel has a good location in rural Dorset and only a couple of mins to Corfe Castle village and its attraction and pubs (pub grub). Hotel staff excellent and helpful, very dog friendly which is fantastic for those with furry friends. Nice garden with pretty fantastic views. Breakfast has a good choice of cooked fare and evening meals are tasty but a little limited in range, but that is speaking as a foodie. Room was well equipped, and large but we stayed in the very hot week and being under the roof got soooo hot and a fan would have been welcome - but to be fair we did not ask for one, so may have been available? Overall a nice welcoming hotel for a short break in Dorset and would stay there again.

Lovely spot with clean spacious room.

Staff we're very friendly and helpful. When I checked in, the young lady was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, good amenities and very quiet.

Absolutely amazing stay. Our room was lovely and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Restaurant excellent

Comfortable single room and bed, but near to path to other parts of courtyard, so some noise from passing guests. Bathroom/wetroom rather cramped. Good unusual dinner choices and breakfast good choices, but dislike dogs allowed into eating area.

I really enjoyed my stay, it’s in a beautiful location, the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely be returning and have recommended to other people who have booked in😊

Beautiful place to stay and perfect for Durlston Country Park Parkrun! Lovely, comfortable little annex which they upgraded for me on arrival :) Breakfast was lovely with a huge choice and it was so nice to have decent coffee too. The staff were all so happy and friendly-nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be staying again!

Excellent accommodation and amazing ti be able to have our dig with us too. The views were stunning from the garden and food was lovely.

Parking very easy. Check in simple and efficient. Staff friendly and professional. Given free upgrade as hotel quite but will be full shortly due to wedding. Excellent venue for any large event.

Was perfect location for walking to Winspit Quarry and Corfe castle. Staff were really friendly, and we really enjoyed the room and inclusive breakfast! Will be back soon :)
