Lovely boutique hotel, perched on top of a hill. The surrounding garden and adjacent chappel make it special. They offer charging for electric vehicles which we took advantage of.

This is a great property to base a trip around the Marche region.

The property at Villa Lattanzi is lovely. We enjoyed our stay, but felt that the property is really designed for events, particularly weddings. We would have enjoyed more outdoor seating on the property, and were a little surprised that the view of the Adriatic was very limited. They should consider taking some trees out so you could enjoy the view. We had to walk quite a distance just to see the water, which was somewhat surprising based on their location. The dinners were excellent, breakfast amazing, and the room was lovely. A little frightening driving up to the property, based on a single lane road. Excellent service throughout.

Excelente relación calidad precio. Hermoso edificio, decoración muy elegida, habitación grande, cama muy cómoda, buena lencería y amenities. My buen desayuno en salón precioso. Personal amabilísimo, muy buen restaurarante. Fácil acceso desde la autopista.

Hotel isolato ma bello e riposante. A pochi minuti d'auto da ristoranti di ogni tipo. Ci tornerei quanto prima. Prima colazione migliorabile.

Colazione veramente scarna anche per il solo fatto che trattasi di hotel di lusso La posizione è molto bella però bisogna avere un mezzo proprio. Manca una piscina

Qualche carenza per un 5 stelle. Niente servizio serale di housekeeping (camere fatte al mattino e basta), climatizzazione ingestibile e fornita con il contagocce. Qualche pecca di pulizia come polvere negli angoli e qualche macchia sospetta. Anche cuscini macchiati, sicuramente puliti ma macchiati. Molto difficile avere un toast ben fatto.

Posizione e struttura eccezionali. Cucina memorabile. Cortesia e attenzione notevoli.
