Hotel overall very good. Unfortunately even though the hotel had pool procedures in place to avoid reserved sunbeds , they did not enforce them , resulting in not enough poolside sunbeds for guests

Just be aware of this property. The staff is not helpful, not accommodating and quite frankly not happy to see you. I booked a 4 person room on Expedia and when I arrived to the hotel the staff told me that my room only fits 2. I told them that their rooms on line showed 4 person. They were not helpful at all and acted like it was my fault. After 30 to 45 minutes of standing at the front desk they told me that they can prep the rooms to hold 4 and charge me an additional 70 euros per day per room. Not a huge deal but it didn’t end there. Their towel policy is a joke. You have to use towel cards to get towels and they are only offered during pool hours which closes at 6pm. And the guy who runs the pool hates his job and every guest that comes in contact with him. Also. My family decided to sit by the pool at some tables and have a snack during the day and the staff came out and rudely told us we can’t eat at the tables even though there were 15 open tables and not one person at them. To top it off everything you ask the front desk for they act like you are inconveniencing them . The customer service is some of the worst I have experienced. The property is in a good location and it’s a good hotel but be prepared for terrible service.

Great location and service

Hotel is in fantastic location. Our room superior sea view was probably the best view of the harbour . Pool area and sun beds were difficult to get unless you were waiting for the pool to open at 9am and every bed was taken by 9.02. Just one negative after purchasing multiple drinks throughout the day I wanted to take a cup of ice back to the room to have a final drink on the balcony to be point blank refused with no negotiation. Hotel policy not to give anyone ice. Thought this was really poor to upset guests over something that’s costs very little

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the location is great, the pool has a lovely view towards the sea, our family room had a good size & was clean. The staff were friendly and the hotel were very helpful organising our transfers. Small things that could be better (not a reason not to stay here - we would stay again). Vegetarian choice - if you have dinner booked as included, this was very basic, same tomato sauce for the pasta every night for example, there is salad etc so you don’t go hungry but given the fish & meat choices as a veggie your kind of forgotten about. The hotel pillows weren’t great and no choice re soft or firm pillows. You can’t order a snack by the pool bar, which especially when you have small kids means you have to get dressed and find a near by restaurant for a lunch snack. The pool was still quiet cold early June. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. But it was difficult to get help with cab or other transportation questions. The elevator was out frequently. The breakfast buffet is really good! The dining service was good.

Real nice hotel in a prime harbor location with a wonderful breakfast and rooftop bar. Recommend it for families and couples.

Great hotel - fantastic location - highly recommend a visit. Port Soller is just a little piece of heaven on earth.

Absolutely amazing hotel 😍 Everything from checking to checking out was great. Hotel is super clean staff are amazing and it’s in a great location. The roof terrace at sunset was beautiful. Can’t wait to stay again

The hotel is in a fab location on the beach. The roof top bar was great as was the pool area. The rooms are ok but lacked a few things I think it should have had. There was no coffee machine and they only supplied powdered milk. The beds were comfortable enough but the pillows were awful. The cleaning if the room was just ok! For what we paid for the hotel I can only rate it as average. It’s saving grace is it’s location!

Decent. Room was not as advertised, as a queen room was actually just two single beds pushed together! Overall, not a bad place to stay if nothing else available but I wouldn’t recommend highly.

Nice stay, can confirm the grumpy staff at check-in. For a 4-star hotel not acceptable. Honestly, if you cannot keep smiling at check-in, change your job. Your the entry door to my stay, which I found disappointing. Otherwise a nice room, nice location. Compared to other reviews we found the breakfast buffet quite nice and with good choices. Could be slightly better in terms of food quality, yes, but its complaining on a high level. Parking situation especially for offloading/loading baggage quite unclear. Parking in the nearby was ok, EUR 11.50 a day.

TV didn’t work - front desk didn’t care. Parking was problematic - front desk didn’t care. Breakfast was amazing. Room was clean and cute. Nice boardwalk area for drinks. Overpriced

Lovely grounds, rooms and location to the sea, restaurants and shopping. Front desk staff could have been friendlier. All and all a wonderful stay with beautiful views--we upgraded. Breakfast is spectacular with maybe 50+ items to choose from! Would highly recommend. Either get parking with the hotel in advance or you can park in the garage up the street. Two minutes away,

Great location, clean, nice room but food options were limited

The view is the top feature of this hotel. Staff were great and it’s very tidy. Pool is good and pool area is good. The beach is by the front steps which is amazing. The only bit not excellent is breakfast. It’s just a bit flat for a 4 star hotel. Example is the orange juice is like watered down cordial when nearly every hotel in spain has fresh squeezed. Everything is diy so food is cold by time you have your food and drinks and toast. It’s ok, but when everything else is great, this could definitely be improved.

Wonderful hotel, excellent location with provate parking of you contact them ahead of time. Food was a slight let down, but its not to say it was bad just not exceptional. Coffee wasnt great either. Cocktails were fantastic and the roof top bar is fantastic. Staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Really lovely hotel in the centre of the port. Plenty of quality bars and restaurants just outside and along all of the port side. Easy access to the tram to get into Soller and the bus to get into Palma. If travelling from the airport get a taxi iso of an Uber as generally cheaper. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The bedroom was very comfortable and I had a great partial sea view. Pool area can get busy with limited sun beds but the beach is just across the road. All in all I had a very pleasant stay in the hotel and resort.
