My Points

The staff are very friendly and always helpful with a smile. There are quite a few elevators, so even with a large crowd, we didn't have to wait too long. The only downside is access, as many of the roads are under renovation, making it a bit difficult to walk with luggage. Overall, though, the experience was good and within our budget.

Staf sangat ramah dan selalu membantu dengan senyuman. Lift di sini lumayan banyak, jadi walaupun tamu mereka ramai, kita tidak perlu terlalu lama menunggu lift. Satu-satunya yang kurang adalah akses ke tempat ini karena banyak yang sedang direnovasi jalanannya, jadi agak sulit berjalan kaki sambil membawa koper ke sini. tapi overall pengalamannya bagus dan sesuai budget kita.
