The stay was fine overall, but the road very noisy because of thin windows. Also, even in May, the airconditioning isn't turned on as the hotel still classifies it as "winter" season... so the room was very hot at 26 degrees celcius and no way to cool it. I got a superior room and it was identical to my friends' room who got a standard - so don't bother with the superior.

The hotel was good value for the price. The room was clean. The hotel is in a good, safe area. The A/C was able to keep up with the 98F temps outside. Check in was easy. The breakfast was very good. Parking is a little tricky but not to bad. The only issues we had with our room was the safe wouldnt work in one room even after they tried to fix it and there was no safe in our second room and the hot water in the shower would increase and decrease on its own. The beds and pillows were good. We would stay here again!

Room was nice and spacious. Air conditioner barely kept up with the heat. Had mosquitoes in the room the second night and don’t know how it got in the room. Overall all it’s a decent place to stay.

We walked out as it had BLACK mold everywhere - the door to the room had to be opened with the manager’s shoulder, and then he refused to give us a different room. The mattress was completely filthy and broken. - we called YOU Expedia and you did nothing but prolong our pain!!!! You kept us on the phone as myself and my children dragged our belongings through the streets to the train station before to Florence !!!!! When we asked you to re book us in Florence we were told you had to call The hotel for their side of the story as to why we left- even though I submitted photos!!!!!! Expedia should be absolutely ashamed as to how me and my children were treated-

I did not like the fishy smell coming from the carpets in the room, bathroom very uncomfortable narrow standing shower.

Bed was very hard as well as pillows, AC didnt work so had to sleep with the window open, can hear other guests in their rooms, bathroom dirty eg mold in shower, shower didnt get hot, paint of room incredibly shoddy and very linited items for breakfast

Parking fees are very high and the breakfast was average

Air conditioner did not decrease less than 28 c even after speaking with front desk 2x. We have an asthmatic child which unfortunately affects him. We also had ants on 5th floor.

We were very pleased with our stay and found it central to many areas of interest

There was a cluster of mosquitos in the room along the top of the wall. I didn’t notice until the morning when I woke up and my face and body had been attacked. My face is swollen. All they did in return was apologise, I left the hotel as soon as I woke up.

It was fine.
