Check in was seamless. The hotel was modern and lovely. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space for our belongings. Great bed and pillows. Without exception, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I wish I could remember all their names. A special thank you to Lucas Matheus for all your very kind and attentive service. You made our stay in Belém very memorable.

Staff only spoke Portuguese-one only spoke English ; two lifts for a 30 floors hotel -expect long waits; completely disorganized welcome - a room was assigned but it was already occupied; bathroom not clean; no drinkable water in the room… etc.

Dumpster out front of property and very little assistance from staff in helping taxi access pick up area.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, lots of fruit fresh pastries, eggs, bacon. The building has 30 floors. We were on floor 15. Quite with a balcony. The building is dated and has a funky smell in the halls. Lots of hot water and pressure. Location is good for an evening walk to restaurants. The 4th floor of the mall has some great (white table cloth) restaurants. Overall the rooms are ok and functional. You are nit going to impress your wife with the first impression.

Nice hotel. Good location. Rooms are clean, but some things need updated (bathroom especially). A/c works well (mini split), but it blows directly on the bed which makes sleeping a challenge.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times. The air conditioning in the rooms is not the best. The temperature in Belém is pretty hot all year round and a cool room where you can rest is a must.

Very good and friendly service and the location is safe and convenient..we enjoyed our stay of 5 days, however the internet connection was very poor and there was no solution during our stay

The breakfast was very limited. All of the cakes and bread were dried out and crumbly. Dining restaurant was completely empty, even no staff. Last day a very loud group was drinking in the restaurant and no one of the staff was saying anything. The hotel seemed understaffed.

The worse hotel I have stayed at - the general manager, she was the rudest person that has ever serviced me during any of my stays / I have traveled around the world for the past 10 years with Expedia, and I am an Expedia Gold Plus member, and let me tell you - I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again! And never should you - I cannot say enough: STAY AWAY!
