Terrible stay which forced me to leave the hotel early morning rather than staying for the time i booked. Room AC wasn’t working, in the restroom used tooth brushes were there seems like left by previous stayees and cleaning was not done properly, restroom sink wasn’t working properly, empty body wash. House keeping was as at worst. Requested additional towel multiple times, wasn’t provided. No response from reception while calling. Did not expected this from hotel chain like Radisson. Recommending everyone not to stay there ever

We are visiting from Atlanta , USA Rooms were very clean Wide Variety of breakfast- best meal of the day Excellent location Staff very polite and helpful Bhawana at reception was very nice. We always stay here whenever we come to Amritsar .

Overall Good experience with family

Building work was going on till 11 at night and starts again 8am next day Hammering and drilling. I complained 3 times between 10pm and 11pm. And finally they stopped working just after 11pm so not comfortable at all….

Room was great, clean and breakfast staff were accommodating with two children. Recommend the hotel to others.

Evening buffet was okay but breakfast was poor. Slow service and staff didn’t want to be there! Room was clean but needs some TLC. For Radision it’s a poor show- senior management need to have a look at this if they wish to remain at the top of their game.

Staff are extremely slow. They lack common sense. You have to pay for Orange Juice in breakfast. They have more staff than actual people in the restaurant for dinner and even then they can’t manage to serve hot food. 20mins to bring one roti out that was served cold, I said it’s cold to the staff & the reply was I know. Why serve cold roti? A plate was broken by my daughter 20mins later the smashed plate was still on the floor. All the restaurant staff need re-training including the manager as nobody seems to know what’s going on or basic hospitality service

The room was very pleasant and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel.
