Good location, within walking distance from York Station (train). Easy to navigate from hotel to City Center/ tourism places. They helped keep our luggage before checking-in. The room is clean and well-arranged with hairdryer, heater available within room. Unfortunately I couldn't get hot water for shower and too tired to ask the friendly receptionist. This hotel doesn't have elevator, therefore consider carefully when packing your things.
