The absolute friendliest and most welcoming B&B I have ever used. It truly offers everything I look for in a stay. The hosts were lovely and extremely funny. My room was great—fully stocked with tea and coffee—and featured a wonderfully hot shower and a comfortable, warm bed with perfect pillows. I will definitely be staying again when I'm next in the area.

My partner and I did an overnight stay, and we loved the place! The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room had everything we needed - from hair gel, face cotton pads, sanitary pads to tea, coffee, and bottled water. We had breakfast the next day (banging English breakfast); it was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of extra snacks (croissants, yoghurts, cornflakes, etc.). I loved the decor of the hotel, charming with various small antique porcelain statues. The owners were extremely helpful as well - we did the overnight stay due to some plumbing issues we had in our property. Pete is a retired construction plumber, and he gave us advice about our plumbing issues and was even kind enough to come by and advise us further! 10/10 I will be recommending this place to anyone visiting Royston or the nearby villages!!!!

My brother and I stayed one night. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and it was conveniently located near the train station. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Excellent accommodation, clean and comfortable and good value for money. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The full English breakfast was one of the best we have had in a B & B. Good, quiet location near to the town, restaurants and the Railway Station. Very pleasant two night stay, and would return if we are in the area again.

My husband and I celebrated our 19 years of marriage by doing a last minute trip to the Orchard House. They were very accommodating to help us make this a special occasion. The breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious and clean.
