Nice hotel. Its beach side but the beach is not private.

Overall, the property was good. I've stayed at cleaner locations, and I think the rooms could use some updating. Other than that, my stay was pleasant, and I didn't have any major issues.

Very nice spot, good localisation, some staff are so nice but for other it’s difficult to smile. The pool closed to early, at 18h and opening to late at 10h, the same for the towels. But the room great and the installation and the breakfast too. Good choice to do. Near a lot of bar and restaurant and easy parcking for 30eu days if you rent a car to discover this extraordinary island.

Hotel was very central and the rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed our time there.

The location next to the beach was great. The pool areas were lovely and the breakfast amazing. I had a junior suite which was nice, just some of the furniture looked a little worn. And both me and my sister I a separate room had maintenance issues we had to speak to reception about (the bath wouldn’t drain and the balcony would not lock) neither were actually resolved, The bedding was lovely though. Breakfast and all food we had was of a high standard. The pool not opening until 10am was too late with children it should be at least 9am. Lots of families I heard complain about this.

I arrived at approximately 12:00 PM, which was earlier than the official check-in time of 3:00 PM, but I was granted a room immediately. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. I had a nice, spacious sea-view room, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. Breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of food options. The food was delicious every day. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return.

The hotel itself is a very nice property in a beautiful location. However the pictures of the rooms can be misleading. While you think you are getting a room with a balcony like the pictures, it’s actually just a tiny little ledge with no space to stand. Additionally, the front desk staff were super unhelpful and a bit rude when we were checking in/inquiring about amenities. We also mentioned our AC in the room not working and were just dismissed. The area itself is also full of partiers and expensive tourist shops, so if that’s not your vibe, then this may not be the best stay. While it’s a beautiful location, I would definitely stay at a different part of the island than this as I know other parts have less tourists while still having gorgeous scenery and beaches.

We had a great stay at Melia South Beach. Excellent location, beautiful beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The staff was very receptive and friendly, the location is very good , just near the beach, the view is beautiful. One thing we don’t like the most is toilet and bathroom are not properly separated from the room Overall I could recommend

The reception staff were friendly and the room was spacious. Being right next to a beach club, it is not the most ideal location if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Had a really awkward and uncomfortable last night at the dinner buffet and the staff were unapologetic about it. I will not be returning.

This property is fantastic!! They had really good music, rooms were very spacious and clean, the balcony was really nice and relaxing and in a perfect spot. Staff was always helpful and attentive. The gym was very handy.

Great location. Easy access to the beach. Great staff and service. Next to Nikki Beach with great music all day. I was not happy that there was no chair in the room and extremely small balcony which could not hang bathing suits to dry.

Loved it here! It was the perfect location for us to stay our entire stay in Mallorca and did a d ay trips to Sòller area and another day trip to Santanyi area! Buffet breakfast is absolutely amazing! The pools are lovely, stage is friendly, rooms and facilities are as they look of the pictures!

It’s simply not acceptable for guests to monopolize loungers by tossing a towel at sunrise and disappearing for hours. A fair system should allow a short grace period—30 to 45 minutes—after which staff clear unattended chairs and neatly place belongings in a designated area. This ensures everyone has an equal chance to enjoy the pool without playing a daily game of “towel wars.

One of the best hotels in the area

Got a call from staff about a noise complaint around 1400 that wasn't us. The staff proceeded to threaten us with security after i politely informed them they had the wrong person. Told them they could come see for themselves and continued to be rude. Also gave us the wrong room even though i paid for a better one. The area is beautiful but the cleaning people would come into our room when i had the do not enter sign on the door
