Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed with amenities we needed and super Easy access to the tram and to the city - would Stay again here !

Solo traveler going through Europe for the first time. Not much was available in Innsbruck at the time so I booked just 10-15 minutes outside city in Rum. It was almost next door to a bus/tram/train terminal which was awesome and even better was you barely heard them going. Only two things I didn’t like (which is just personal) but it is very old school and no 24/7 reception. For example the door to your room is opened with a key, not a tap card. And if you get back to the hotel after 21:00 or 22:00, you have to use a side entrance. Would really suck if you had a train delay and could not call ahead and say you were running late.

Hostess was amazing! She answered my question about how to easily get around. Spoke great English.

This hotel was nice but it was located right next to a busy road and a train track so it was quite noisy. It was also located with beautiful views of the Alps on both sides. I guess I did not realize how populated the area was when I made the reservation. I was hoping for a little more of a rural experience.

The hotel is very conveniently located across the road from the Rum train station - just a 2-minute walk, so it's easy to get to Innsbruck by train (5 mins). The staff were professional and friendly. The twin room room was quite small and dated and in need of some renovation and repainting. The beds were pretty comfortable and the bathroom was nice and well equipped with a good shower. Unfortunately the WiFi was very poor and it kept constantly disconnecting. There was a terrace shared with other rooms with a beautiful view of the Alps. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of foods. Overall, the stay was good though our room would need some renovation and the WiFi needs improving as well.

The hotel is good and staff very nice. However, the surroundings are a bit industrial and don't have the charm of the streets in the center of Innsbruck

Tolles Hotel mit einem hervorragenden Frühstücksbuffet. Auch die Exklusivsauna ist spitze!

Nice hotel, offering all necessary facilities. Surprisingly good breakfast, including warm and cold options, fresh juices, cheeses, fruits, and plenty other options. Train station and bus stop close to the hotel.

Price-Quality ratio was simply off. Super expensive breakfast and hotel is in poor condition.

Lite bilder på nettet og det var det nok grunn til. Slitent hotell. Innsjekking skulle være åpent til 22 men når vi kom 2030 lå det bare lapp og nøkkel til oss i resepsjonen. Mange fine hotell i nærheten.
