I am a solo traveler and I was looking for a hotel not too far from the cathedral and that offered parking and breakfast. This hotel was a good option and it had a great location. 20 minutes walking to the catedral, next to the arena too and there is a train station near by and many restaurants around the area. The hotel offers parking but you will have to pay separately upon check-out. When I got to the hotel staff was very nice. I had a room with private bathroom it was very nice , bed was confortable plus it had his own AC. Breakfast: It was good, it had variety of food hot and cold and variety of drinks too.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was incredibly good. If some day we go back to Cologne, definitely we will stay in this hotel again!

Stayed with family before Christmas, it was quiet, walking distance from the centre and public transport outside the hotel. Big choice of breakfast and the room we stayed in was big for all of us.

Nice central location, clean and spacious family room, helpful staff and fabulous breakfast!

Mixed feelings. Great space and staff. However, due to an event, the parking I was told they had for guests, was used up. They sent us to a parking garage, which was a pretty far walk and was also full for 8 of the 9 floors, so it was a long walk down the stairs, as the elevator was broken. Also, there was no evening restaurant, just the bar, which did get us food, but really slow with the event in house.

Bigger room for 4 persons

Lovely stay in Cologne. The hotel was great and in a good location, easy for local transport connections. Staff all helpful and friendly. Good, big and comfy rooms (we had two family suites) with an excellent range of options for breakfast. Highly recommended as a base for visiting Cologne and the surrounding area.

Just what I needed.

Generally good. Fantastic room for breakfast. Great staff. Good location. Car parking a bonus. Air com was a bit weak and a strange design fault as the bathroom which was lovely had frosted glass doors which flooded the bedroom with light when used. Otherwise v good indeed.

I missed very important and very expensive medicine in room and housekeeping said did not see any thing .Actually was a big item in refrigerator,everybody can see .And send mail to manager to complain never reply mail.

Really nice hotel right near a tram station with lime scooters also available nearby. Walking distance to centre. Room was lovely, clean and modern. Overall was a really enjoyable stay, would definitely visit again.

It is large, clean and comfortable. Very very spacious and the breakfast is good too.

Spacious room for a family with older children

Staff are friendly and helpful at all times and the Hotel is extremely clean and well kept. The rooms are a good size and equipped with all you would expect. Beds are comfy and provide for a good nights sleep. There is an extensive variety available for breakfast in the spacious restaurant, which is beautifully designed. All in all a perfect place for a comfortable stay.

In general, the hotel is good. The biggest problem we experienced is that it advertises that rooms have a/c but in reality is just a fan that doesn't cool the room. Therefore, we had trouble sleeping. Staff is friendly.
