Fantastic stay, very friendly and service minded staff, the breakfast was amazing, everything fresh. Rooms clean and tidy, the bed comfort is the only thing I could see improve a bit, the rest is all amazing. Thanks for a great stay, and looking forward to come back! Great big skiiroom, 1 min from trainstation and the bus stop!

Very disappointed to find the restaurant closed each evening. After a tiring journey we did not want to go in search of a restaurant for dinner in poor weather.

The location and floral accents on the hotel were remarkable! Footsteps from guests upstairs were very pronounced.

Stayed with two young kids. Accommodation was very specious. Separate sleeping beds for kids and adult with adequate common area for family time. Very close to the Engleberg station , short walk to the titlis gondola station. Freshly made breakfast breakfast staff were very helpful.

The Hotel Schweizerhof is reminescent of a classic old Belle Époque era hotel with a great street presence. It is conveniently located a block from the train station and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The bus to Titlis ski slopes is also a block away, but you can also walk there in 10 minutes. Only disappointment was that the room was a bit dated and could use a refresh. The breakfast was decent but not exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a good hotel and reasonably priced for the quality and location.

Hotel is extremely old, not updated at all. Beds are very uncomfortable. Very limited parking. Shower was like a closet. Dirty , hair inside and mold on the wall and door was rusty. Bed very hard. There’s better options.

This is a very family-friendly hotel. After an entire day of excursions, my kids would play in the common area as the hotel had a bunch of toys and books for kids. We appreciated this thoughtfulness which we didn't experience anywhere else. The breakfast options were very good, and the server was very prompt. The room was big, neat, and had an amazing view.

We had a great time here in Schweizerhof Engelberg. We were on a higher floor with great view of the mountains. The breakfast was amazing. The staff at the reception and at the breakfast did an amazing job. If you are visiting to see Titlis, the bus leaves from about 100 yards from the property or you can walk to the Titlis gandola station in leas than 15 minutes on a leisurely pace

The room given to us is extremely dated, fabrics are falling off from sofa and the floor is already damaged. Glasses are not even provided in the room. Front desk staff are impatient and do not try to help with guests requests. Breakfast is ok and beds are sleepable.

Great stay.

It doesn't get any closer to the slopes! Also, right in the middle of the town and less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. Super convenient, and very nice!!

Friendly staff. The quickly put in an extra bed for a visitor on my request. Staff personally guided me through the gym at the hotel (the gym is very small and has only the very basics). Hotel is located about 1 min walk from the train station which was convenient for me as I had several pieces of luggage when I arrived. Something I liked in particular about the hotel was the relaxed area at the entrance where they keep some travel magazines and board games.
