It is not a 4 star property, barely 2 star maybe. Old room, carpet smelled bad, mold in the shower, sparse amenities. Breakfast bufet was a joke. Front desk personnel was rude, except for the Venezuelan girl.

Location. It is in the limit between historic district and new city. You have lot of possibilities on visits, diner, shopping and so on. The hotel is good, friendly personal, big rooms. I had been two times there and in both it was good.

Near restaurants and shops! Walkable historic center.

We stayed for two nights. Very comfortable quiet modern room. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Really great. Central located as well

Nice property with very good breakfast. Close to the cathedral and Roman bridge.

Hotel is clean and in good condition. Short walk to the center. Parking is difficult right at the hotel but free parking was available about 5-10 minute walk away. Breakfast was pretty good. The wifi only worked in the lobby and lounge though, not in the room..

Very good location. Nice room with affordable price. Although it is hard to say that the room is very clean, it is comfortable.

La cama algo dura para mí gusto, el jacuzzi no funcionaba pero tampoco contaba con él, el garaje por 13€ a mayores pero bien, la decoración lago antigua pero bueno

Uma noite em hotel de 4 * mais merece 2 *. Limpeza muito má, hotel degradado e pequeno almoço muito pobre

Quizá le falta disponibilidad para comidas y cenas en la cafetería….aunque sean platos fríos.

En la habitación, se oía muchísimo la cisterna de otra habitación, los baños un poco antiguos, la luz del espejo del baño no funcionaba… etc.

Hotel algo antiguo, le sobra alguna estrella.

Hotel 4* que tenía que quedarse en 1*. Instalaciones caducadas. Entrada con escalones (discapacitados sin posibilidades de ualvarlas, el resto de los humanos,las maletas a pulso) Aire acondicionado ruidoso. Vigilancia cuasi policial en buffet. Etc, etc

Servicio de recepcion maravilloso, hotel cómodo en el centro bien conservado La limpieza pésima, es la primera vez que no nos limpian la habitación tras mucho viajar y más en hotel 4 estrellas. Según su protocolo de no entrar a limpiar si ven luz de ocupado sin haber puesto cartel de no molestar ni llamar para preguntar Además al llegar nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación por sabanas mal lavadas y cisterna sucia a otra sin jabones, con basura en el baño y pelos blancos en el secador, o sea servicio limpieza pésimo

Un desayuno fabuloso.El personal muy amables. El mobiliario un poco obsoleto, pero la estancia muy agradable.
