I was very satisfied with my stay at The Heritage Silom Hotel. The room was beautiful, large, and very clean. The bathroom was also very spacious, and most importantly, it was located right next to the BTS. This is my second stay here, and I will definitely be back.

Nice place to stay, just a few steps from the BTS station. The room conditions and equipment are good enough. The staff is helpful.

The location is very convenient, right next to the Chong Nonsi BTS station. The staff are friendly. However, the toilets are unbearably smelly. The air conditioning is very noisy, making it impossible to sleep. The swimming pool is old, dirty, and unusable. The hotel and rooms in general are old and run-down.

Clean, nice, and the staff are lovely. I stay here every time I come to Bangkok for work. It's close to my office and within walking distance.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Every time we came back from activities to the hotel, our rooms were cleaned, beds packed tidy, and new towels replaced when we entered the rooms. Recommended to stay... Location and convenience wise 👍

The hotel is average, the rooms are a bit old, and the air conditioner, which hadn't been cleaned in a long time, leaked a lot and needed fixing three times. Otherwise, everything is okay. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there are many amenities nearby. It's close to the train station and 711, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, anyone considering staying there should think twice!

The hotel is great. Reasonable prices. Close to BTS Chong Nonsi, near Silom, convenient location, rooms are very spacious, comfortable and airy. This is my 4th time staying here.

The hotel's location is strategic and close to BTS, just walking distance and there are many food court-style eating places near the hotel.

Had my first stay here in early February 2026! The location is highly recommended—it’s just a few steps away from the Chong Nonsi BTS station. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to fit any budget, and a 7-Eleven right there for some snacks. A special shout-out to a male staff member who speaks Malay (I forgot his name, unfortunately!); he was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out.

Everything looks old. My room is on floor 3. Turning the knob is very noisy for the shower... problem!

I really recommend you guys to try staying at this hotel.

The location is good, and the hotel staff are friendly. However, when I arrived, I had to wait for more than an hour to check in, even though I came at the correct check-in time, which is after 2 PM. The room is old but spacious, and the amenities are adequate.

The hotel staff is very friendly, very kind and directs whatever the customer asks for.

It's a hotel in the middle of the month. The room is very big. I'm very impressed. I'll come back to stay again.

Near from BTS and the hotel was good

Overall everything was fine, I just didn't like the 1000 baht fee I had to pay upon check in, it was inconvenient and I always had to take that 1000 baht back to my country because I couldn't spend it in time on the last day...
