Just what we needed.

Old but ok. The rooms and motel are old but ok. There were some cobwebs near the ceiling.

For the price it was okay and close to where we wanted to start. It would be nice if there was a working clock.

Lovely clean quaint room. Walking distance to all that katoomba has to offer.

Very good location. Can walk to the main attractions. We walk to watch both sunrise and sunset. Room is clean and comfy.

Above all I found my four night stay great value for money. Everything was in good working order. Nice hot shower clean. The room was cleaned daily and bed made. Kettle, fridge/freezer, microwave, wifi. Added to this was a great location just 5mins walk to the cableway east station and hop on hop off bus stop. The walk into town was only 10/15mins too. Will recommend.

The rooms were a good size and clean. The hotel was in a central position and the owner was very helpful.

Easy contactless checkin. Room was good. Nice and clean. No issue with anything.

During our 2night stay we didn’t have any contact with any staff Returned from a day out and found the bed hadn’t been made, only pulled up. Not impressed

Well cleaned room and staff are very accommodating and the area is accessible to all scenic spots. Best place to stay.

Room was old, dark, no natural light, poorly ventilated, smelled damp. Heat pump did not work. The rattan fan on the wall above the bed is covered in dust. There was a microwave but no plates or cutlery to eat our food with. We had to buy paper plates and cutlery. I have travelled widely and have never posted a negative review but i will not recommend this motel to anyonr It was advertised as superior new rooms but ours was anything but. I booked this accommodation on 21st August and i feel i must have got the worst room.

Fantastic location only 2min walk to the 3 sisters. Best dining is at Katoomba RSL down the road. Great value motel for families.

Staff support is excellent Below are observations: Room is clean generally but there are dust on top surface of floor molding Fridge is of very old and door shows rust Sliding closet doors frame show rust Need some updating.

This is not a flash resort but it is a great price, very clean and really has everything you need. Honest and authentic.
