This is the perfect place to stay in Hanoi. Tho its kinda pricey compared to others but their facilities, breakfast buffet and their service totally remarkable! its so worth every penny. ❤️ I will definitely stay here again and will surely recommend to my friends!

Room advertisement pictures and actual rooms are heterogeneous. Superior room is too small for the ad (it seems to be a Family room). In addition, the hotel has a good location for travel, clean rooms, friendly staff but no private parking, want to park to Cua Dong to send 250k / day and night, breakfast suitable for 1 hotel in old Quarter.

The problem I am most dissatisfied with is the advertising image and accompanying information. This hotel does not have its own car park but the advertising information is still there, in fact, I have to send an outside parking lot of VND 250,000 / day. I stayed in the Superior room only about 10m2 but the advertising image of the family room or similar (20m2). Everything else about Rising Dragon is ok from Hotel Location. Breakfast full, clean room not moldy.

Pros: Location in the Old Quarter, low price point, decent breakfast spread, somewhat clean (though the floor was quite sticky). Front staff was reasonably helpful. WiFi was fast Cons: - The superior room was small in size (no luggage rack, so all luggage has to be on the floor. You literally have to tip toe around the room) and windowless. - Light sleepers might want to avoid this place, you can hear people opening and closing their doors, talking at the narrow hallways which are close by - Kitchen wait staff has basic grasp of English, didn't understand what "half boiled eggs" meant - Minor unpleasant experience when we were about to walk out for our Halong Bay transfer: The receptionist raised her voice and demanded that we clear the airport transfer and laundry bill. I reminded her that we will be returning (our luggage was being kept with them), so could we pay everything at the end of our stay. She answered in an unnecessarily hostile manner, and that kind of soured my experience with the front desk. You do really get what you pay for with this hotel.

Nice hotel. First we got a very small room (we booked Superior), but after we told them that we did expect a bigger room as we checked first the pictures on web, they changed it immediately and upgraded us to a bigger room. Everybody was really nice and helpful, I can highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel handy for all the main sights of Hanoi. Breakfast is slightly overpriced but food is freshly cooked when ordered. Staff are very helpful and I would stay there again.

1. Location: Quite convenient for those who want to go around the Ho Guom area, Old Town, Night Market, Ho Chi Minh mausoleum ... 2. Rooms: Image with the reality is not very similar about 70%, most is about the space and light of the room. On the bright side but the reality is not so. The toilet is small, looks old and not thoroughly cleaned (I am quite hard-working person to choose the bathroom, it is really comfortable and clean) 3. Service: I book a Deluxe room with city view, but I get a double bed, a single bed, and a small window overlooking the hotel's well. After that I work with pear neat defense of the book is damaged so I have to fix so tomorrow will receive the room without any apology, if the previous book is also my room, the hotel has. The policy to apologize for the incident. 4. Staff: The plus point is the staff here is quite enthusiastic and cute. 5. Meal: Quite a mouthful, but not many dishes, mostly the usual breakfast of other hotels such as eggs, bread, noodles and pho.
